There's got to be a Check In The Dark joke in here somewhere.....

It's pretty dark in that room when the lights are actually working. Hillarious photo anyway, looks like we are capped at least 6 ways to the flop. 25o prolly took it down with a rivered wheel.

Good catch on the cap preflop. Statistically the best preflop hand was pocket 2s. The deal was ruled dead since the lights went out, all bets were returned. The dealer ran out the board for fun. AK was ahead on the turn but the 2s caught a gut shot on the river for the win.

Had to bag up my chips and take them home, no cashouts without the cameras on.

Capped 6 ways and the best hand was 22, that's funny. I really like that room.

Anybody at Pendleton? Was thinking about heading there Saturday if they're running the same kind of cash games as the last round up.

Any reports as to what cash games are going?

Well, he said that AK was in the hand. I guess most of the other players must have also been holding aces and kings in their hands if 22 really was the favorite.

I don't think he actually stoved it, I would interpret it to mean that if you had to award the pot to the player with the best at that moment 22 would have won.

I was there last weekend; LOTS of Omaha 8, mostly 4/8 kill, but a couple 10/20 games. There were 12 tables of Omaha at one point.

Also, the O8 players at the muck are way nittier and unfun than those at Fortune.

Finally ended my multi month running bad streak clearing 400 bbs over the weekend at the Fortune O8 4/8 full kill game. This is playing non high hand hours.

Shout outs to Wally

The few times I've played $6/$12 O8 at Palace in Lakewood I've been shocked at how bad they are playing.

An except from my blog: "The game was unreal – one of the best O8 games I’ve ever seen. There was only one other player folding before the flop and she limped with 9883 in a kill pot, so who knows what kind of hands she’s not playing."

Yes, but in limit poker games when talking about win rates,
"BBs" means "big bets" not "big blinds".

Speaking of Fortune, I was talking to a few guys that used to play the bigger O8 games when they ran. We're going to head there tomorrow and try and get an interest list for 8/16 and 15/30 if anyone wants to come join. Let's get those games spread again!
