Which opens first: Washington's legal poker rooms or Portland's wierd poker social clubs?

How about we get 9 player poker games in WA, just motorcycle helmets required? Of course, wearing your hoody hood will still not be allowed.

My old lady has called well over 2,000 times over the last 6 weeks. One time she was able to speak to someone, and that didn't even get anywhere.

Kind of interesting that you assume your limited experience is better represented than someone else’s experience.

Did you try it or did you hear someone else said they tried?

It’s obvious that the system does work and many are receiving the benefit. Fact that you don’t know that certain aspects of the claim will require manual review, as they should, tells me that you have limited awareness of the issues.

UI is not going to automatically approve every submission over the net for obvious reasons, especially those that did not pay into it. UI fraud was evident and that it delayed even standard UI recipient payments is not “oh, you didn’t try hard enough” or that you heard it on TV.

Watch these social clubs open early, create unnecessary media exposure, and get the whole thing squashed permanently again.

Well since the pdx poker clubs are shady quasi nonlegal operations as is, if a little Rona creeps in they'll hopefully be able to sweep it under the rug.

HEY MUCKLESHOOTS! STEP IT UP!

Edit, spoke too soon. The traffic will be like if the beatles decided to play a free show at the white center amphitheater

The poker rooms at Muckleshoot, Little Creek, Clearwater, and Northern quest tribal casinos remain closed even though the casinos are open. Many tribal casinos didn't even reopen table games.

All they really want is people to dump their paychecks in the slots and go home anyhow. Everything else requires way too much labor.

It's not clear whether the non-tribal poker rooms will be allowed to reopen in phase 3 or phase 4. King county isn't scheduled to get to phase 4 until July.

With this governor, there’s not a chance in the world of King County being in phase 4 in July.

Why do you think any other governor that are voted for by the people of Washington would be any different?

Idaho is in a much different phase and the governor that their people voted for will likely continue to do what he/she does.

Stopped in at Muckleshoot yesterday. Although the casino is open, table games remain closed. The person at the player's club said table games won't reopen until Friday June 19th. As far as the poker room is concerned they had no information. I did notice they removed all the exterior signage for the poker room. The poker page of their website no longer has any content. With each passing day it seems less likely that the MS poker room will return.

Fortune is saying they plan to open when King County hits phase 3. They are currently in a modified phase 1.

Rake is some combo of $4 or $5 depending on the dealer

When two people leave, action stops. Playing 4 handed when people take smoke breaks

5 tables at 530pm. 5 on O8 list, 12 each on 3-20 and 1/3 nl.

thanks steve. i played 2 hours last night. other observations:

bar is closed.
most in masks, some in gloves
3 handed means no high hand drop (or jackpot, whatever they call it)
no seat change allowed
no must-move
no tourneys
no reservations online
chips wiped down when cashing out/in
it's not just regs. "how much can i make it?" was heard at least once.
