This is an understatement! The noise level from all the people talking in that room is the loudest I've ever heard in a poker room. It's probably because there are 300 people in this small size of a room. The announcements are also very loud, which they have to be to overcome the noise level. For the people who complained they didn't like the noise in the old room, this is much louder.
The room is very nice and the tables are evenly spaced with enough room in between tables, more than there was in the old room. They also still deliver food using the dish covers or they put it in a takeout box, depending on what you order.
There was over 200 people on waiting lists while all 26 tables were filled, but there didn't seem to be a lot of people standing around outside. There were probably 30 to 40 people hanging around the podium but it didn't clog up the main entrance too much.
Chip runners now have to carry the fill boxes with them that security uses, it's probably better since most fills are going to be at least twice the average they were before since players are allowed to buy in at the table, and they keep 14,400 in the wells (don't know if it's just the bigger games or all games).
The room came out pretty good overall and there are about 15 to 20 65" TV's all around the walls and lighting is very good. I would recommend on the TV outside the room, instead of putting "New poker room" on it, there should be a monitor with the list on the outside of the room which would fix the issue of everyone crowding around the podium since the only list is on a TV behind it.
