Small update for the 101 Casino in Petaluma:

The regular 2/5NL game is now a $1000 max buy-in.

Yes. I've only been there on Tue - Thu nights while traveling on business and it's always going, usually w/ more than one table. Also have had 10-20 running 1/2 the times I've been there.

That's great to know, thanks.

In the San Jose area is there any point going anywhere but Bay 101 for 2/5-5/10 action?

How many tables are there?

First table 9am to 11ish.
Two tables till afternoon, then usually a third NL table starts.
Sometimes less when the 5/10nl game runs.

Looking at the chart it looks like nowhere spreads anything other than 5/10 with a greater than 100bb max (relative to the bring-in)? Is that right?

I'm pretty sure the Lucky Chances $5-$10 has a $1500 max buy-in.

Doesn't the Palace, in Hayward, spread a $1-$2-$2-blind, $5-to-go game without a capped buy-in?

LC is 1500 max buy-in.

I believe Bay101 is 3000 max buy-in

They certainly used to. I haven't heard about it going away.

It's no cap.

$1-$2-$2 $5 to go
straddle anywhere for $5 to make it $10 to go
and then
straddle anywhere for $10 to make it $20 to go.

It is frequently $10 to go and occasionally $20 to go.

As previously mentioned, 101 Petaluma runs a 5/10NL $5000 max buy-in a few times a week based on interest.

My bad. I've been too lazy lately to update the chart. It now has info on 101 casino.

For those who has no idea what "chart" I'm talking about:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...GdwMVdmMDFlYUE
url too long? try this: tinyurl dot com/BA-cash-games

Garden City has plenty of donks in their 2-3-5 games. Good action.

Good, useful spreadsheet, thanks.

Everytime I've been to LC and the $10-$20 NL game is running it has a $40 bring-in. I thought it was standard but your chart says $20. Maybe you should list it as an option.

Bay 101 is one of the best for 2/3/5 and 5/5/10 games. Plenty of action every night. I've been playing here for the past 6 months, at least 2-3 times a week.

Cash update: CA Grand now finally has a max of $500 on their 2/3/5 game and no limit on when you can rebuy. Also you can call in and reserve your seat. A step up from the previous rules for sure.
