I heated that they want to call it eleven mile casino at the beginning. Because their family own a card room in Hawaii called eleven mile casino. This name did not pass because of oceans 11

Legal gambling in Hawaii is news to me.

Check with ocean's. It's north county but they have bigger games, a variety, and props. Someone else may chime in with more info then that

Believe it's:
$3 +$1JP for 1/2NL
$4 + $1 for 2/2NL to 5/5NL
$5 + $1 for 10/20NL

No flop, no drop
Free food at 5/5NL+
Free steak & lobster Tues.

pokeratlas.com is pretty good for rake and other info, but didn't see the jackpot drop for O-11 listed there.

They added a dollar on hands that see the river a little over a year ago. For 8/16 limit the full take if you get to the river is $6 total. I don't play the NL games, but I think the extra dollar is charged there as well.

It was running 5 handed this afternoon around 6. Broke around 6:45, but no idea when it started. Tom said Tues/Thurs but that was the first time I'd seen it there.

Now, (Saturday 6pm ) pechanga floor men are really trying to get the 8/16 going. They are playing 6 handed now.
I think their drop is still 4+1 which is relatively lower

Drop is 4+1, and Pechanga floormen are pretty generous with lowering the drop for short games if you ask. I haven't played it in a few months, but the 8/16 runs most Saturdays. I've seen the same 4-5 or so people playing the couple times I've played it.

Yeah. Last Saturday I wait a little bit outside and we get a ring game going for the night.
I think 6 hand is 3+1 and ring game is 4+1. I think(?) it is one dollar lower than oceans11 (?)

Pechanga is 4+1 for 7+ handed and drops to 3+1 for 6, 2+1 for 5 and 1+1 for 4. Asking the floor on the short game can usually get you down to 2+1 or 1+1 for 6 to keep the game running. Oceans 11 drops 4+1 on the flop (for 7+) and the 6th dollar on the river, whereas Pechanga drops 1 pre-flop and the rest on the flop unless the hand is chopped.

Was at Palomar Tuesday to play LHE, but the PLO was too good.
Looked like an ok 20 game.
Per Twitter, it appears to be running most weekdays. Interested to hear some insights from someone who has played. I didn't recognize many faces either.

Has the 20/40 still been going some nights at Oceans 11 also? Or has this taken its place?

Can anyone tell how much is the rake in the game at Palomar, and what hours is it usually going?

Per Twitter it appears just after noon.
Not sure on Oceans, been awhile since I made it up.
I would recommend looking at Palomar card club on Twitter.
Also lists number to call with the anticipated start time.

Are you talking about Oceans 11? I haven't heard of Palomar having 8/16.

A few months ago Oceans 11 was pushing the 20/40 and it was mostly going evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. But then I think it started getting spotty on some of those days, and I have barely been in over the summer so don't know if it is still going.

I called Palomar this afternoon, thought I would report on what I heard. Of course I take it with a grain of salt as always when hearing game reports from floormen.

He said the 20/40 game was started as a Tuesday and Thursday game, and those are the steadiest, but it has been going some other days as well, particularly Fridays. It was not going on Wednesday afternoon when I called. He said it has been going sometimes until 2am. Has occasionally been going as 30/60 instead when the players prefer.

Drop is $5 a hand when 7 handed or more. Forgot to ask if that includes a jackpot drop, if there is an extra drop for that, or if the game is not included in the jackpot. If anyone else knows, please report. I may try the game soon, will report back if I do.

Thanks for that
Hopefully they let them use the $10 chips for the 30

Not sure if the 20 is included in the bbj. The $5 includes jackpot at 3/6 limit, 2/3NL and 5/10NL so I'd assume it's the same for the 20 if it qualifies.
