I played the tourney yesterday and there were at least a half dozen exposed cards (multiple dealers) in the 2.5 - 3 hours I lasted.
There were several times while I was playing 2/60 spread limit Friday night when someone would make a bet and there would be a raise of less than the bet amount. eg - dude 1 makes initial flop bet of 24, dude 2 makes raise of 20 to 44. I didnt say anything and the dealers let it slide each time. There were people also getting away with string bets. I think it was due to player inexperience, so I said nothing, but the dealers should be all over that stuff imo.
Again, they have improved a lot since they started and I expect that to continue, but the high number of exposed cards was very annoying.
Also, people were asking dealers various questions about tourney rules, other tourneys, and various other things. Usually when you hear questions about these kinds of things in Vegas, the dealers are very knowledgeable. The RA dealers seemed to be in the dark about everything other than dealing the cards.
Speaking of $2/60.... I went bust the other day holding a flopped set of 6's to a maniacs turned 6 high straight holding a 2 4.... I mean who would fold 2 4 into a $24 raised pot with 2 other players without having put a chip in yet...and why would you fold a gutshot straight draw to max bet on the flop?...I loved the guys reasoning though..."I had to gamble...I don't want to sit here on a short stack" when in fact said maniac had the most chips at the table
