Are you a lawmaker or a regulatory agency? No, you are not. Are you saying that RCG should be able to break US laws due to it not being for “charity”?

Does that seem lawful to you? Does that resemble any type of responsible gaming?

Just call the regulators if you like, get them in to shut them down if you think they're doing anything illegal and you care.

Or....... just don't play there. Go play at Rivers instead, we know how much you love that.

18 year olds are adults and if they can be drafted should have all their rights. I think the 21 and up thing is to make it less likely for kids to drink at the bar.

It seems that you’re correct about several places in the US. But, in Illinois casinos, it’s 21 years of age for blackjack.

Its not a casino, its a charity event. The other day some kids got kicked out for fake id. A bunch of them look like 13 year olds and probably are.

It's not a casino. Complain to the government if you care.

Im prolly banned here now. Im accused of making players aware that the plo bomb pot is raked to ten dollars? Jeff said everyone knows and thats why ill be kicked out if i mention it. I have an emailto jim senior too. how it worked in reallife is jeff sits down and creates a plot able out of a 1 2 and then leaves and doesnt even play while the house rakes. I actually love it,butima nice guy so was making the table aware of the rake sinceit is not advertised as 2x rake. the house isunaware that somepeople arehere tomake money and not spend money. Jeff lied to me and saidits onthe website and everyone knows. THEN IF EVERYONE KNOWS IT WOULD BE ZERO ISSUE IF I MENTIONED IT> ollie and jeff are acusing me of making people aware of the rules. Im not even acused of making fake rules. my keyboard is messed up too excuseme the space bar is messed up.

It’s definitely not on the web site. I’ve looked everywhere.

I would’ve never known this unless you brought it up.

I dont think its normal to rake 2x in bomb pots, or is it? They get 5 on the flop already, then rake again as if it was normal but its already a large pot and likely that they get the maxalmost every time. No big deal but I dont like bomb pots anyways. They already havea bomb pot game going and then the floor person comes to our table and plays and starts with- a new player at the table lets do bomb pots. Then he kept suggesting bomb pots and then he decided for our 1/2 table that it will be round by round bompots. Then when I mentioned the ten dollar rake he flipped out. It was a soft non gambly 1/2game before that and nobody had any interest in bombpots other than the hourly one.
I never play the round by round game, the version ive seen is ONE player starts the bomb pot on the button and then when the button comes all the way around then thenext player would startt a bomb pot. AKA one bomb pot per rotation. Last night it was every hand bomb pot for a full circle and then nl, We didnt come for that game is why we are playing low stakes.
When the floor starts a game like that he knows that the table is pretty clueless of plo strategy. And he should know that when people bust out they are going home and when people get lucky and win they run away because they know they just got lucky and are about to lose it back in a game they dont know. It ruins the game.

Its funny that i mostly defend rcg and havent said anything bad and dude wants to ban me because i mentioned rake. He also freaked out a few weeks ago, a kid had busted out and his 2 friends were doing ok but he was the driver and was begging them to leave. He went out to the car and then someone found his empty of money because he had busted out but full of cards wallet on the ground. That floor person got all worked up as if the 2 kids saying its thier friends wallet was a scam. So kid comes in and now the floorguy was all worked up that someone probably stole his credit card info, and he has to immediately call all the 7 cards in his wallet? I suggested it was ok and he freaked at me then too and suggested me getting kicked out for saying it was ok. He explained to me how its "very serious" I actually allowed him to speak to me on the rake issue and I shut up. His summary was yelling at me that its not my place to mention rake. I know the owners would disagree with him. I have a soft spot for rcg.

I finally found the rake statement from rcg "Games run from 12:30pm to 12:30am. Hosting Charity rakes 10% of each pot up to $5 max, the lowest rake in the industry."

at leaest someone noticed IM BANNED. I usually play 40 plus hours a week. On the night of the issue the guy brougnt me outside. I made a point of allowing him to express the issue= he said its not to me to let people know rules. I STFU AND LISTENED, rare for me.
I took 2 weeks off and when i showed up he said my action isnt welcome. Ill still try and talk to Jr and it shouldnt be an issue because i dont cause trouble. maybe the guy running the blackjack tables is mad at my restroom craps tables. Jim sr has a non functional email but he wouldnt do this so I just have to make contact. btw i dont do craps in the bathroom unless Igot diarhea. But im known for my solid silver dice too.

Its super sketch. Gypsys who are 13 years old are gambling via thier 15 year old cousin with an id. They are all sweating the one guy with a fake id to get their fix. is it legal to have underaged people stand behind the bettor and sweat the wins and losses that they are incurring?
Internet wont even let them gamble because internet checks id. To be clear- these groups openly refer to themself as gypsy so im not trying to be derogatory other than age. I like them and its been generations of them ive seen grow up at rcg. i ts an ongoing thing a joke now= they ask me for gas money. And every time they are driving a corvette or a giant truck. gypsy life...
