Fold up temporary tournament tables are the answer. WPT, WSOP, Venetian DSE, etc, all use them and Rivers has more than enough room to add some. The table tops are identical but they're equipped with folding legs and you can bring them out / take them away whenever needed. Assign them as the first tables to break and they're out of the way in no time. So easy...
