1-2 no limit now with 5 dollar rake and reduces just like the rest of the games its about freaking time hopefully some more postive changes from the new managment

Besides the fact that this will likely hurt the 3-5 game quite a bit, it's probably the end of any limit game above 3-6 running regularly, which is a shame considering how good the action used to be.

What's the big deal about hurting a particular game? Why shouldn't the casino give the players what their interested in. If their interested in 1/2NL... give them that.
I never understood this thinking. Isn't the casino in business to bring in more business. If customer demand is 1/2NL they should offer that game.

What's the average people buy in for at the 3/5nl?

What do you guys suggest to buy in for 3/5 nl? 2 buy ins should suffice I think, thinking about stopping buy tonight just called and the guy said there is 17 people in front of me for the 1/2 wait list. . .

hahha wow this is actually pretty close for once.

some nitty guys buy in for the minimum (200,) some guys buy in full (600,) but i'd say the average is somewhere in between. like 400 or 500. just buy in for whatever you're comfortable with, but know that if you buy in short, you'll be committing yourself with almost any flop bet in a raised pot. i wouldn't ever want to have less than 400, but to each his own.

the 1/2 list is always going to be super long b/c they aren't ever going to run more than 2 tables, no matter how long the list gets.

I just called they did lower the rake to $5 max the buyin is $100/$300, and they run 1 main and 1 feeder only and 2 mains on weekends.

You checked yours at the door? Cell phones werent allowed but we all had ours if you get caught they take it and you get it on your way out. Everyone went to bathroom to use them. I only got caught once.
