I was in one of the Tuesday $65 satellites a couple weeks ago; there were 54 entries. We wrapped up at about 10:15pm (6pm start) with blinds at 3k/6k/500.

Gonna be heading here early August for some cash games. Would say I'm a decent reg. Should I stick to 1/3 or make the jump to the 2/5 games? Been doing alright at 2/5 games here in FL but not necessarily rolled for it..

1/3 is way softer.

I'm coming your way in a couple of weeks - staying in Milwaukee while attending the PGA Championship in Whistling Straits.

Are you guys expecting some increased action? I assume the majority of travelling spectators will bed down in Milwaukee.

At least you're not overestimating the drawing power of beautiful Sheboygan, WI.

Water St is fun on weekends. Museums. Zoo. Hookah club/bar. I've always laughed at the comedy clubs. Silk exotic. Around the casino, don't stop, just keep driving.

For casual dining, so many good spots in Miluakee. Comet Cafe for brunch/lunch and AJ Bombers for burgers is a great start.

Incurred a unique rule yesterday that I couldn't wrap my brain around and got several different answers as to why it occurs. Anyone care to explain what happened/why it is in place?

Note: It has to do with who shows first at showdown. Before any of you jump on my case about just flip over your hand and speed up the game (which I agree with), in this case and other cases I've wanted to see what the opponent had if I made a marginal/bad call (I called a pot size bet on the flop with just 2 overs and spiked).

Scenario:
1. UTG calls all-in from UTG-1 (On the flop)

2. River: Dealer announces UTG has to show 1st because there was no action on the river and cards shown in order of button.

I've played poker in several different casino's and the who show's 1st is very casino dependent (Order, Last Action, Random) but I've never seen any other order in the case of an all-in. I complained and was told I could ask to see the other player's hand but etiquette/bad karma I've never done that and will continue not to.

I feel it SHOULD always be the last aggresor whether allin or not(not really sure what u mean about seeing it elsewhere), but at ONE casino i play at with strange rules overall, does that exact thing ur talking about. Allin on flop, turn, river, regardless of who bet, closest to Btn and around the table. Stupid but all rooms different

I agree that it should always be last aggressor but there are a ton of casinos if it goes check/check on river then it is order of button.

I don't play here enough to make a big deal out of it but thought it was one of the weirder ones I've came across.

I always thought it was last aggressor no matter the street.

It's last aggressor but if no action on fifth street, order of button.

I'm not seeing how this hand was different than that.

Theyve changed this rule at least 10 times over the years so who knows what it is now. I'd go with what Bradley said but I thought it was last aggressor period didnt know its order if no action on 5th. That just seems to be complicated, so im sure thats what it is.

I always thought it was this but an allin before the river made the "no river action" stipulation void, and in a pf/otf/ott allin, last aggressor needs to show first.

I use that all the time to tilt people, call allin from way ahead, after the board runs out V will say something like "You got an Ace?" I say "Is an Ace good?" V says "Yeah" and kind of nods like he wants me to show so he can muck but instead I say "If you want to fold, go ahead and fold" then he shows and gets mad that I made him show.

That's how it was when you played here. I believe it changed around the time they changed all the betting line stuff.

^ So I guess it voids the "$100 bet, raise to $250 at $251 effective, to make the original guy make the 2nd raise for that last $1 allin so he needs to show first." That was a nice trick.

Went here last night to play the 2/5 game. Ran pretty great the whole night, rivering a flush and boat for massive pots. Cashed out $2185 from $480 buyin, biggest cash win yet. Love WI poker
