Wednesday and Thursday (the 1-2 days before May 3rd) are the first 2 days of poker regardless of what the guy in the video said a while ago.

Poker room opens at 10 AM Thursday. At noon Thursday they will probably have MUG specific tables with Matt Berkey, Jamon Burton and that lady, it's open to all, maybe it's a mini party thing.

On Friday you can scan a QR code on the wall that goes to pokerdining.paysbig.com and order food to the poker room. It wasn't up on Wednesday.

Also on Friday the big new sportsbook viewing area opens. Looks legit. Bar. Kitchen.

I think. I saw several people asked on Facebook comments from old posts if they wanted to attend. People have been asking about the new poker room for years.

Is anyone else’s Bravo acting odd? Games running flashes, then disappear. Won’t let me sign up for wait list. I linked my card a couple days ago a been odd ever since. I’ve tried typical app troubleshooting.

May stop by this afternoon

I was just going to post about this. I haven't used my card for years so I'm wondering if it's because my card is invalid now or if their system is just broken

Have you used your card there recently or could it be inactive like mine could be?

Your post suggests that their online sign up is broken but what is annoying is that we cant see the games for more than half a second. I'm gonna sign out of bravo so I can look at lists normally.

I was having the same issues with the Bravo app. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and it now works as designed.

I was there today. Floor says aware of Bravo problem and actually Bravo personnel were there working on it.

Had a great time at MUG. A few hiccups but overall staff was very good, very nice room. Good to have poker back.

I stopped by - updated my card (hadn’t used in 4 years and I had a 10+ year old card to begin). Talked to a few others who were having similar issues.

After about an hour of upgrading my card the app worked and I can now sign up. Maybe bravo fixed issues.

Cashier was slow, training going on. Other than that minor glitch seems good to have the room open.

Cashier will always be slow, it's the poto standard. They verify on basically anything and count 4 times. Don't even try adding money to round a $100 up. Take a drink to the cage and be patient or if you play regularly just hold chips 😁

Hey folks,

I’m having trouble with the BravoPokerLive app myself. I’m trying to login to my account and it keeps saying “Error Occurred”. Tried re-installing and even updated password with no luck. Reached out to their support team and still haven’t received email.

Can you simply call yourself onto the waitlist like we used to be able to in the old room? I can’t find their number and I would like to play poker soon but don’t want to have to wait for hours just to get on a table if I can’t even sign up for the waitlist. Saw like 90+ people waiting for 1/3 with (for me) no way to sign up.

I think the opening of the new room was a terrible experience.


TERRIBLE, like I felt like my buddies could have organized a home game better than that. With that said, the floor and specifically Helen and Tiffany did an amazing job filling seats with what they had to work with.

I blame a lot of the list problem with outdated local table-list software Poto currently is using and then they tried to integrate Bravo into that which makes sense.

Bravo experience is more terrible than the Poto opening. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF SWEET BABY JESUS, UPDATE THE APP.

Yeah the downloadable app doesn’t work but I just tried the website on Safari and it does indeed work on there.

Bravo does have some glitches .. IMO they actually worked diligently during Covid to improve their product. But I also believe that they have some integration issues because they do offer different levels of 'membership' to the Poker Rooms and I think there are issues with old and new software 'modules' working together. That being said there could also be internal casino integration issues as well.

Delete the App completely from your phone and re-install .. or just clear the cache/data .. and that should solve a lot of 'your' issues. Now you also have to rely on Bravo and the casino systems to correctly talk to each other as well.

I have one 'Bravo' casino where we will get our 'Seat Open' texts anywhere from 10min to 4 hours after we actually sit down. If you are a Reg then you get a phone call, if not then you have to stay close by in order to not miss out on your seat. This casino won't let the Poker Room cut into the PA system either .. silly when there's a known issue going on.

Opening a new Room .. especially one that will get slammed .. is always interesting/eventful. Not sure how much of the staff had/has Poker Room experience or if the IT staff is even the same as when they had Poker before. GL
