Hi there,

Am heading to Montenegro in a few weeks to visit some family, was wondering what the poker scene is like in February/March when it’s colder and less tourists?

I know they have the Triton High rollers there but I’m not quite at the level to play 1 million Euro cash games.

Does anyone know of any 5/10+ gets going there regularly?
Budva or Podgorica?

Also any clue on poker room rates?

I visit Montenegro every summer to visit friends and family. Where are you staying?

Budva (maybe Tivat) has poker games outside of the Triton series.

I’ll be staying in Becici so any games in Budva will be super easy to get to. Do you think there’s more likely to be action in Budva or Podgorica in the off season?

Honestly I never go to Podgorica - it's landlocked and I always go in the summers.

My guess - Budva, but you can always call one of the casinos there and ask how many games they have going.

Speak English if you call as they'll probably be more helpful (after all, the country lives off tourism).
