Joe why not address the question of if you aren't approved for promos why are you taking promo money
When a new casino opens, there are many processes that need to be set up as this is a highly regulated industry. Without getting into too many details, the state needs to approve the process for which you accumulate funds to provide promotions. This has been approved by the state for us. The second step is getting approval for the individual promotions that will run each month. This is the final approval we are waiting on.
I have not brought this up as it may not seem like much to players upset with the jackpot drop, but Live has been offering a Royal Flush promotion since the BBJ hit. That promotion was approved by the state immediately.
Please keep looking at Bravo Poker App as things are changing daily. I'm sure this complaint about our room will be resolved soon and hope that everyone will come check out all the Live! Poker Room has to offer.
Again, I want to re-iterate that 100% of funds collected will be returned to the players in the form of promotions starting soon. No money is kept by Live casino or its employees that has been collected for promotions. Thank you all for being patient with us.
