Jumped on Bravo last night and noticed 4 10/10 NL games going. Is this normal for a weekday night?! Seems like a lot. Poker Atlas says buy in is $500-2k. I thought it was up to $3k?

Anyone who play PLO regularly at PARX know what is their policy on Run it Multi.

I was in a hand with another player and for fun we ask to run it 4x.

New dealer come in 2 other players got it all in on the flop and ask to do 3x, dealer said no only 2x after the flop.

Other time dealer just let us pick how many time we want to run it and used the last card in the deck.

They used to not let you run it multiple times multiway which was an amazing rule but they changed that a few months ago.

I thought 3 was bad enough jeez in a few years people will be asking to run it 10 times

Personally I only run it twice, but if the other player want to run 3x I'm more than happy to oblige.

Some want to run it 3x because they feel that 2x end up with to many chop pot and some one got to win.

Tuesday is the day when all the larger games run. It just sorta happened that way. The players in these games often tend to head down to Borgata on the weekend, but live closer to Philly, so having the games run at Parx on weeknights made some sense and doesn't prevent those of us with jobs from getting to work the next day.

Thursday is fine if you're playing one of the games that runs every day (1-2, 2-5, PLO, OE). It is probably not a good night if you want to play 15-30, 40-80, 75-150, or the big NL and PLO games. Note that I am not really an expert on some of these games, so maybe I am wrong and they do run on Thursdays sometimes.

1-2 or 2-5 action is almost the same wherever you go. Just go to wherever is closer.

I wouldn't say that exactly. Borgata during the week is much quieter than Borgata on the weekend. Borgata weekends are especially hopping during the summer due to the beach and boardwalk, but that season is over now. Parx is a little more even all week long.

Right now there are five 2-5 tables at Parx and four at Borgata. That may shift around a bit over the weekend, but they are probably pretty similar all weekend long.

Borgata does get more stud and mix games going on the weekend than Parx will have. And more of the higher limit games.

Bravo Poker Live is where you should look to see at any given time what games are running where.

I went a few year ago but didn't make it till the evening. The wait for 1/2 and 1/3 is over 100. Was about 1hr 30min wait. Just wait in the casino.

Not a short wait I would guess. All 48 tables have been full since this morning, with 50-200+ people on the 1-2, 1-3, and 2-5 lists all day long (and sometime this afternoon they just cleared out all the other game lists, because there's no chance of any of them getting called until 1am tonight when the promo ends).

But I'm not there so can't say for sure, maybe lots of people wait 5 minutes then leave so the lists churn quickly. But the 1.5 hours chris mentioned seems about right to me.
