In the bravo screenshot it showed 488 entrants, 44 unpaid, and 380 remaining. So it's telling you that they will pay the top 44 in the event, but since the money hasn't been reached yet, those spots are unpaid.
Once the money bubble bursts, bravo updates to show both the paid and unpaid spots. Using the same example, it would show 488 entrants, 9 unpaid, 35 paid, 9 remaining when the final table is reached.
