There are a few diners on Street road around the casino. Ask around for suggestions, but all of them are diners and are probably about the same.

Parx's breakfast menu is not bad (most people seem to like the omelet, I'm partial to the breakfast sandwiches) and a decent value, but it's not going to be a nice sit down meal or anything.

These day's 10-20 mix is typically Big O hi-lo (5 card Omaha) and Superstud hi-lo (stud except you get 4 cards face down and discard 2 of them).

I was playing the other day and was gone for 42 minutes. When I came back table seemed shocked I was gone that long and floor was counting my chips about to pick me up. Is that normal?

No, and it's surprising too. Normally players have to whine for a while to get a player picked up, and dealers usually don't put out absent buttons like they're supposed to.

IIRC, the rule is that you get picked up when you get your third absent button - i.e. sometime between 60 and 90 minutes away.

I'll be at Parx Friday and am supposed to catch a ride from there to NYC for the weekend. Is it okay if I leave my car at Parx from Friday until Monday ? Tia

I am taking a trip to parx sometime between June 26 and August 26. I see the big stax tourny is coming up on July 6. I Dont play tourny but are the cash games any better during that event?

Yes, the cash games are more numerous and play bigger during the tourney. Hard to say if the games are necessarily better. You get a lot more tourney players playing cash, and generally more action, but also more decent circuit players compared to the usual rec players.

in general though, it is a much livelier environment. about the only bad thing is the lists can be longer at the busiest times.

Yea, you will get away with it. There are a lot of degens playing for several days in a row with no problems. I would not go more than 4-5 days though!

Hey guys I used to play at Parx a bunch but haven't been there to play cash in quite some time. Just opened the Parx bravo to see there's a 1/3 game running...has this been going on or is it just a random thing tonight? Also does anyone know max/min buy in if this does get off the ground once in a while?

what is the current status of the 15/30 LHE game here? does the game run all weekend? is it usually full, or shorthanded?

bravo poker live says 1 game going, but no WL, so am wondering if thats a game with 5 TAG regs and 1 fish

also, what is the rake/BBJ?

The 15-30 mainly runs during the week M-F, but it has had some legs on weekends too, and usually it's not just the reg crowd when it does run. Having said that, my experience is almost entirely on Sat night, when if it starts at all, the game gets started short sometime after dinner, and eventually might fill up for a few hours before running back down to short until it breaks late night.

It is $6/hh time rake, no BBJ drop (and not eligible for BBJ or promos).

Night time is usually a mix of decent players and not so decent players. Day time is usually meh comparatively speaking.
