Might be different now, but in the beginning you just had to have played a certain number of hours to justify it. No cost, you just need your parx card and a license, then you sign some paperwork. Since there are only so many boxes, they may have a higher threshold now.

Not sure what you're asking for. Many of the 10/25 players have moved their game over to Chester. To each his own I guess. I wasn't there the day of "the incident", but I have heard those guys complain about various things to the floors back when they did play. They wanted to run their game a certain way, and the Parx management apparently decided that they'd prefer to keep it running the way they wanted to have it done. No shame in that on either side, and let the players vote with their feet. Competition is good for everyone.
For my money, the Parx poker room staff are awesome and efficient, they treat the players well, and they know what they are doing. YMMV.
