Comps from poker are exactly the same as borgata et all...unless you factor in the free rooms which are nice, but no rooms = no ac for me anyway.

A promo would be nice, has there been one since Ari left? Anything would be nice..rake back..free roll...as long as it's not paid for by players : )

Didn't know Ari left Parx. When did that happen and where is he now?

Yeah, but factor in the $ saved in gas/tolls for the round trip to AC.. that prob equates to $2/hr in comps...

Rake is $5 at parx vs $4+1 at borg.The limit games games are time, and the same more or less same just no BBJ money. I'd imagine the 10/10 time is the same as 5/10 at borg, but $1/down at that point shouldn't be a factor in which room you play in.

I typically play only on Tuesdays, any thoughts on whether Friday or Saturday the action is reasonably good for 2/5 and 10/10?

the +1 is an incentive obviously.

15 = $6/half and 30 = $7/half vs borg 10 = $5 20 = $7/half(but you get $3/hour in comps)

booze is not free at parx, but imo with no hotel that's not a bad thing.

Borgata gets a few pizzas for lunch..That's really little to no value(but it's a nice gesture) Given you can't eat on the main floor at borgata VS getting to eat at all tables is a parx win.

Any 6/12 hold'em players here? The game rarely goes off in the room anymore. I'm looking to get a pool of players together and make the game happen at least once a week. Friday nights would be the best for me.
