Lets get this going. Shouldn't be all that hard, seems like the demand in there. This shouldn't take months to happen. I play a ton or hours there and it's very frustrating, would play even more if I had solid access to the internet. I have sprint for data and the signal is very bad at parx, I know other providers work better at parx, but I'm not gonna switch just because of the poker room. Lets gets with the program, free WiFi.

Could I grind 1/2 at parx during weekdays? If possible best hours to play and best not?

There are 1-2 games running 24x7. You can play anytime, but obviously prime time will have the most games, the most room energy, and the longest wait times.

It's actually just http://parx.phil.ly

Or for this poster: http://parx.phil.ly/game/4

OP, asking detailed questions about 1-2 is like asking when the best time to breathe is. There are always games running, and there are always bad players in those games. Just come whenever. If you want the largest possible number of games and the busiest room in general, come between 8-12.

$150 an hour is flying off every table at this place. $1-2nl cost $16 an hour. We want $4 max rake just like Atlantic City. Poker rake greed is atrocious.

Yeah except they are paying much more in taxes than AC. This isn't AC. Be happy you don't have to buy a lottery ticket with every pot.

Tax excuse is a total crook of !@#$. On second thought, we want $3 max rake. 25 hands an hour X $3 = $75 an hour. Plus, we have to pay the dealers and waitressses for the gangster casino owners. That's still $10 an hour per person. Poker rake shouldnt exceed minimum wage per hour in my opinion.

Momma raised an ignorant fool, if you come to the defense of rake gouging.

Update your bravo apps. New update has waiting list length. Not sure how old this is.

Bro, start a thread about PA rake being too high.

You're in the PARX and Chester thread spouting the same stuff and that's fine but you're jamming up the threads. It's not a PARX/Chester problem. They have the same rake. So does Sands-Bethlehem.

Just go start a discussion thread about it in Brick and Mortar. Stop jamming up venue threads with a problem not specific to that venue.

I don't think you understand what rake gouging is. It would be charging an overly excessive rake based on having a stranglehold on poker for the entire area. At only $1 more than in AC, this is far from rake gouging.

Perhaps this is just rake trolling?

Never been to parx, have always played at chester but looking to check out parx in the next few weeks. How is the action at the 1/2? How would you rate the average players at the tables?? I feel the action at chester is fairly good on most nights, and the players are for the most part usually bad.

Action is always good at Parx. Tons of 1/2 tables going pretty much 24/7. You will be pleased with the room.
