Will these events have 15k+ starting stacks? The last events in Feb/Mar except for a very few events were basically your regular tourneys, just instead took place on all days of the week. So it was far from a special tourney series. Hopefully you guys move away from the 10k stacks & have all the events be at least 30+ minutes with at least 15k+ stacks.

How good is the $1/$2NL on a friday and Saturday? Expect how many tables? Where is there some good places to eat, specifically I'm a vegan and I eat organic food.

Friday and Sat nights are going to have the highest numbers @ 1/2 I would say at least 15 tables going. probably closer to 20 as the evening progresses... Can't help ya with the vegan choices but I am sure there is something to choose from close by.

There are routinely 15+ 1/2 tables running on any given night. I have no suggestions for organic vegan food.

They have a freeroll once in a while. Had one this past February & December. Qualify by logging in 60 hours the prior month I believe.

Went up to Parx last night and the female so called "acquaintance" was a no show (sucks to be me). Decided to play some $1/$2 last night and the action at my table was great. The game was good, caught good cards, and made plays in which I profited. Could have made a lot more but I was happy enough playing for a hour and half. I might show my face around for the WPT Regional in April.

Rake is 10% capped at $5 for 1/2 ad 2/5 and it's $6 per half hour at 10/10NL. No idea about the other games. Room manager is Ari Mizrachi.

Do you really want a BBJ and HHJ? Those things are so awful. And in terms of other promotions, well, they just don't need to run them since they don't have a ton of competition.

And promotions are, without exception, funded by the players via increased rake. No thanks.

The only reason to want them is to bring in BBJ chasers and generally increase player numbers and action in the room. That's a fine reason, but most games at Parx have at least the minimum required amount of action already, IMO, so it is definitely not worth taking out additional rake to try to improve things by some marginal amount.

Honestly, the best player benefit in the room is that they don't have a BBJ.

Do you really want more "promotions" funded with a dollar (or more) out of each pot you win, like BBJs are? I have only played at Parx once but I was thrilled to not have to put my dollars into a random gamble.
