Borgata is a joke when it comes to starting low/mid limit non-hold 'em games.
Last month on a Saturday afternoon I started three lists for HORSE (4/8, pink, and 10/20) and the floor guy tells me, "I guess you don't wanna play today huh." Unless you actually talk to Stan in person there, it's a crapshoot at best....
Last month @ Parx I was playing the 6/12 OE game and asked some of the non-regs if they'd be interested in playing 8/16 HOSE. They all said yes, but the floor won't spread it (or 4/8) because it's too close to the 6/12 OE game.
They'll do 15/30 OE or HOSE, etc...
I'm 99% sure an 8/16 HOSE, HORSE, or any mix game would draw a different crowd than the 6/12 OE game. From what I saw, that game essentailly is the old 4/8 O8 game with a few random guys (like me) sprinkled in. It might kill off the must-move table, but so what.
Any ideas ?
