Anybody interested in starting 1 3nl holdem....100-500 dollar buyins ive played it at ceasars and the aria in vegas and it seems to be pretty good action

2/5 is already slightly thinner than it should / could be...part of that seems to be people are scared of the $5/10 game. dunno if having 1/3 would discourage people jumping to 2/5 when they wanna blow off $300 or so quicker than at 1/2.

i think 1/3 is too many jumps...just my opinion though...would also be against 5/5 unless they made it a 6 max table. i'd play 50 cent / 1 dollar if they could make it a 6 max table!!!

I played a few hands of that 1/3 PLO yesterday and left really fast because it really sucked. If you guys wanna start short and try to draw the fish (like me) buy max stacks. Also put some action in the game, play 1/3 and 5 to limp. See more flops... give up a little pre, I'm sure if you are good you'll more than make up for it post especially if u play deeper than $200.

I would play it. But id play anything with 4 cards. I do think 1/3 is for the good of the game (200-500 buyin) I know if i was 30 people deep on the 1/2 nl list and 1/3 was open seat id sit. 1/3/5 is a bit more intimidating to the rec. Player.

1/2 nlh is 60-300, 2/5nlh is 200-1000, 5/10 nlh is 500-2000, 1-3 plo is 200-500, and all of the limit games have the same minimum buy in of 10 small bets. I don't believe they are running 1/2 plo now that the 1/3 game is running

What's the highest-stakes NL games that go at Parx, and how often do they run? Every night? Only weekends?

And what are the buy-in limits for stakes of 5/10NL and higher?

1-3nlh with 100 min, 500 max would be great.

that would be a popular addition to parx...for the few saying 1/3/5...why not we just have optional utg and button straddles for the 1-3 game...at max 500 it would be a great game.

even without straddles, 1-3nlh 500 max is a good idea and would be great...especially with the increase of online players looking for different stakes to grind.

2) is it bbq rib lo mein @ the noodle bar posters were saying was good?

1) you can use them
2) noodle bar menu at the front podium by the cage(I think it is a rib rice bowl or something like that)
3) give it to the supervisor at that same front desk next to the cage and they will charge it for you

5/10 NL runs every night. They occasionally get a 10/25 NL but have not been recently. The buy in for 5/10 is 500-2000. When the 10/25 does run it has a couple of different buy-in structures depending on what the table wants.
