I play cash here on an almost daily basis. Tourneys are a fun change of pace not to mention the occasional bink for a nice score. As far as daily tourneys go the structure is standard and most of the field are sheep. Doesn't get much better than this.
Plus it's almost guaranteed over by 3. Which is important to most of us who have to work the next morning.

Gotta love the early shovefest, pick your button raises carefully after 600-1200, you're probably committing everything! By the third break this was the case. Finished 33rd, learned from my experience who is limping utg that deep only to limp-reraise oyyyyyyyyyy

I am thinking about heading down tomorrow. How is the action at the 1/2 tables around 3pm after the Saturday Tournament? Is the play any more difficult/easier after the first wave of eliminations? Is there normally a big wait list?

1/2 nl at parx is the deepest and most varied player pool imaginable, there's 27 tables going right now on a Friday in the summer. The action is there stop asking questions no one can answer and go play.

I would much rather play 8/16 HOSE personally. I play the OE ocasionally to kill time when i'm waiting for a seat, but i'd actually sit and play 8/16 HOSE for a while if it got going.

You should def sit... I mean why write a check, get it all in preflop and you wont be worse then a 40/60 dog !!!
