I like this one..Make a wall of glass similar to the downstairs entrance, with 4 big glass doors (or 6.....2-2-2 if it fits). This would actually look pretty cool too. Maybe some etched glass saying "Parx Poker" or a nice design of some sort.

hey all pretty sure i'm gonna stop at parx on my way back from school tomorrow for the first time

couple questions sorry if they've been asked a ton:
place to stay? i'm thinking the marriot
can I call the room to get my name on the list?
how many 5/10 and 2/5 games usually get going during peak hours on the weekends?
any other useful tidbits while im in the area or like unique poker room rules /protocol whatever?

Heading over today after work, hopefully we'll get a PLO table going. 1-2 or 2-5 if anyone is up for it. PM me your number if you are interested in PLO at Parx tonight and I'll text you when I get there. If we can get it started before they fill all the tables it should run all night.

Just hear the PLO game was a go as of 30 min ago. I'll be getting there around 3 and playing all night, and I know there are some other 2+2ers that will be filtering in through the evening, so if you want to play some PLO this evening, come on down to Parx and sup bro.

They are not going to enclose the bar in glass.

First, That's where the waitresses go to fill drink orders. You really thing they are going to open a big glass door a couple hundred times a night with a drink tray.

Second, I'm sure legally you are only allowed to smoke on the non carpeted area. You put a glass wall up at that edge and its a very, very tight space.

Driving to Parx is more dangerous than the health hazards of second hand smoke at Parx, IMHO.
