Parisron,

There are a few locations. Grovers Hip Pocket for sure.

There is a dealer at our facility that frequents local pool halls (maybe event for cash). I will get you more details.

Take care,

Noah

Thanks Noah, I read some stuff online and it looks like thats a nice place with gold crown tables and simonis cloth.

Will there be food vouchers with tourney entries on the circuit events?

Parisron,

We will be issuing a $5 food voucher with each entry into a ring event. This can be used at concession stands or the Terrace Restaurant. We also have tableside service.

Please introduce yourself when you stop in.

Take care,

Noah

Not that I can think of. Have you tried online reservations? I can't recall ever being asked my age when putting my cc# in online

how late will registration be open for the WSOPC events? I would like to play in the Omaha tournament on Wed 2/23 at 11:00 and my flight is scheduled to land at 10:35.

btw, I sent emails to noahc@pbkennelclub.com and pokerhost@pbkennelclub.com two weeks ago asking the same and never got a reply.

I called 10 hotels around looking for 1 that would accommodate 18+, but got no takers. I don't know if you can reserve online without disclosing age. We'll do some more digging, and would appreciate it if anyone has anything to add on this issue.

Thanks

Late registration lasts for 1 hour after the tournament start time.

Thanks

i would fear that even if the hotel accepted the reservation online without disclosing age, they may ask for it upon arrival.

Stop crying about rake and realize your paying for a service, obv you dont own a business. If you cant beat the overflow of bad players then you wont beat any rake out there.
LOL^^^^ Yeah you can always steal blinds. Oh wait at 1 2 if you steal big blind they take out 2 dollars for the rake.

I am from West Palm.

Renting a house there for three weeks is a tall order, much less a house < than 10 minutes from the track.

Not that you'd want to be in most of those neighborhoods with a bunch of buy-in cash on you, anyway.

You might look into any of those rent by the week places you occasionally see along I-95, though none come to mind right now.

You might could get a decent rate for that period of time over at a low cost motel off I-95 and 45th street. Still not the most desirable of neighborhoods, but if you are reasonably careful and don't do anything to paint a target on your back you have at least a coin flip chance of survival.

Plus you'd be across the street from Rachel's.

Mike, Since I know you, I'll share a cheap CLEAN hotel room with you by the night or week if it's reasonable. I'll also share gas expenses with you this week and next until the 17th if we can meet in Deerfield Beach or near The Isle first and you take your car.

The 45+ min each way drive for me from Deerfield Beach where I live is a hassle, especially playing hopefully long tournament sessions.

Crowns, pre-registration is now available for all of the daily ring events. Just come into the first floor poker room and purchase your seats into the events you want to play.

All the best, Joe

Going to be there Feb 20th-Mar 1st for the wsopc to play a few ring events and looking to start up a cash game. Maybe some sort of mix game like horse + plo. Also was wondering if a stud game would go (not sure if there are a lot or retired stud age players in the area). I am going to call pbkc in the next coulple days but I wanted to get some feedback from you guys first on what games-limits there would be interest in.

Hotel rooms are too expensive near PBKC during this wsopc.

So, I'm looking to give gas money (or possibly a place to sleep in exchange - on my living room couch), to a reliable poker player that wants to shuttle in their car back and forth to PBKC each day. I live near Deerfiled Beach, seconds away from I-95 and SW 10th St; about a 30-45 min drive each way to PBKC.

I'd like to be at PBKC all day every day (EARLY) during these circuit events until at least 10pm (except 2/17 can maybe go in the eve) starting on 2/16. They open on 2/16 at 9am and I'd be looking to play single table satelites and possibly some limit mixed cash games (stud, horse, om8).

Hey, no problem. I think someone from here has already answered your question, but pre-reg is available in house. You have to be here, but we've been selling tickets since Feb 1.
