Just sent a friend of mine to your room, his first time there. He is a Isle regular. if you get a chance go see him, his name is Josh C. he may be playing 2/5 or 5/10.
still avoiding my other question?

Gambit,

Tell your friend to say hi if he is still here. Have him ask for me. I'll
take care of his lunch!

The second facility is moving slower than originally planned.

We do, however, have alot in the works in regards to this.

Take care,

Noah

I am moving over to the east coast next week. You should just skip Tampa and book your flight to Palm Beach (PBI).

Hey guys! I just wanted to chime in and ask a few questions. This is my second time going to Florida and I have absolutely no idea where to stay and play. I want to go play poker as I have heard the action is crazy but not sure where to go. Any recommendations? Any would be appreciated, I play 2-5 and 5-10 all around chicago

We are taking a look at that.

Bigtex, what is the typical food comp for WSOP Circuit events?

We are doing research on our own, but would like to hear what the players expect.

Take care,

Noah

Come to Palm Beach Kennel Club. We have, as this thread confirms, the most profitable games in the state.

I'll buy lunch.

Take care,

Noah

Most of the venues give $5.00 vouchers. But some give 25-30 percent off buffet, I think players prefer the vounchers so they can eat anywhere.

the food comps given out during the wsopc in the chicago land area were $8 vouchers for anything in the venu bar. they were given out to all entrants who were near the bar area in which the floor was present when giving them out.

Harrahs in Tunica gave a buffet discount, IP in Biloxi gave 2 $5.00 vouchers to players at dinner break and I believe Rincon, Council Bluffs and St Louis did the same.

You should check into putting a show online like the Bike in LA does. go to http://www.pokernetcast.com/ and you can watch regular players play anywhere from 2/3NL up to 300/600 limit. I think it would be a great draw and people from all over will know where to go when they come down to thaw out in the winter.

Goldstrike in Tunica gives a voucher that is good for a buffet or $12 in any other food venue, Hardrock in Tulsa puts out a buffet just for tourney players, the Horseshoe in Tunica gives out a buffet comp.

It is almost always much cheaper to fly into FT Lauderdale, it is worth the hour drive. Also a Car rental on sunrise rents to 21 year old, right down the street from the airport (2 or so miles) http://www.acartorent.com/policies

Contact Priceline right away. Explain your mistake. They MIGHT help you out if you were not using multiple rebids or otherwise gaming the bidding process.

I have successfully voided mistaken bids in the past for hotels. Good luck.

I gave you the link, I was in the car business down here and I use to send people to that one I think when the customer was young. Here is the link again http://www.acartorent.com/policies Good luck and since you are getting dropped of in Ft Lauderdale you should spend a few hours in the Isle's room, it is on the way to WPB. Both are great rooms too, you can judge them for yourself.

the days are really nice but i hear the low tomorrow night is in the 30s, I would come prepared for both.

Also if all else fails and for future reference.

Fly into FLL and take the free shuttle to the Tri Rail. Take Tri Rail (maybe 5 dollars) to Okeechobee stop and take shuttle to PBI. Walk across street to PBKC. Take cabbie 1/2 mile east to Best Western (also ~5 dollars)

Caesar's a/c gave a box lunch in one of the empty rooms. Not the WSOP but Borgata gave a $10 voucher.

I notice you are doing satellites with tokens can you give us the details?
