I gotta tell you, I am seeing some indented and pipped cards. The little marks don't worry me quite so much as the indentations, as they are much easier to spot.
In five sessions, I have pointed out at three or four bad cards, and passed on doing so several other times (out concern of slowing the game down to an actual crawl, coupled with the remote possibility I was just being a nit).
There are a few decent dealers, though, it's true. It's just that the overall standard isn't close to what I have seen elsewhere.
