All of the more upscale casino restaurants are expensive, doesn't mean they're any good---if it wasn't for points, I wouldn't eat at half of them tbh. But, no, I have never eaten there and don't know of anyone that did.
I've eaten at three Italian places in the casinos: Patsy's @ the Hilton (better than average, pretty agood, actually), Il Mullino @ the Taj (over-rated, the veal is fake/processed, and the chef has a very heavy hand on the salt), and the new Italian place @ the Borg that replaced Ombra(forget the name of it but I thought it was pretty good--enjoyed the fact that they offered homemade pasta...makes a big difference). Out of the three, I would rec. the one at the Borg because they have good food, decent prices, great wine selection and nice atmosphere.
