Is that how their able to give credit for play ?
When I went to the desk on Tuesday to ask, they could see how many hours I was logged in for the past Thursday. She said she would adjust it.
When I went to the desk last night to ask, he confirmed about what I told him (3 hours Tues, 3 hours Tues, 3 hours Wed, 6 hours Wed). He said the dollars may take a little bit to show up. This morning, I had fewer than expected comp dollars in my account.
Home now, but I'll have to follow up again.

No problem. If I win a pot that big, I'll buy again. Raised from the blinds with AA, got a couple callers. Cbet the flop when I hit my set and didn't lose anyone. Blocker bet the turn when the flush draw came, MP raised, LP called all-in for less and I called. Shoved when the river paired the board. MP called.
Ate at Zhen Bang with the wife. I thought it was good, my wife said the tendons in the beef tendon soup were too chewy. Shrimp dumplings were tasty, salt and pepper pork chops were great, my sushi roll was good enough. Food rolled out all at once, the waiter said the kitchen was crazy, unsure when things would come out. We agreed to let him bring them when ready. we normally order in waves to avoid everything at once. Shame on them for fooling me. We'll order in waves next time. Of note, i spoke to another WGMTAG (White Guy Married To Asian Girl), who raved about the seafood pan fried noodles. Not knowing his wife yet, I didn't really pay much attention. After meeting her, I give him credit and will try that next time.
Breakfast/Brunch was supposed to be at Harpers. The signs directed us to the Sky Cafe (casual side of same location). We opted to sit at the bar, no tables were suitable at the time. Her Chicken and Waffle cone was tasty. My BBQ Benedict was a good idea, poorly executed. I'll go omelette next time.
Taco truck to-go orders were tasty, but really you should eat stuff fresh. Didn't make sense for all of us to go, so one player said she would go and bring it back. Maybe shenanigans, as my box had XTRA written on it, another box didn't and she appeared to be eating a bowl of something. I thought she was just bringing back tacos? I took chips off the table to give her to buy the tacos (nobody commented about going south, which would have been fair). She said the $45 was almost enough, but graciously covered the last $5-ish (tip?). Was supposed to go back with the wife, but we weren't hungry again.
We did eat at the players lounge a couple of times. She turns up her nose at the player lounge at the Borg, but thought this one was higher quality with an obvious smaller selection. Salad, shrimp, pasta, chicken, fish, pork... tasty and we filled up. Hoping to find a way to keep the black card, and comped access to the lounge.
Popped into the players lounge in the high limit slot area. Just grabbed a couple of drinks at almost closing time. Similar food selections. Very close to the poker tables and maybe a better choice to run for a quick bite.
We didn't see any lines at the players lounges, maybe we were there at off times? We did see some people that were not brought up with the same manners that I was, and I'm hoping that they don't ruin it for the rest of us.
Room had a great view. Junior Suite, 41st floor. On the 'back' end of the hotel, facing south to see all of AC, ocean, etc. The room was not cleaned well, straightened and the TV didn't work when we arrived. Called about the TV, got a "No problem, we'll send someone right up", but called again in 20 minutes when nobody came. Left 10 minutes later to get a bite to eat. Called about it a 3rd time when we came back. Guy arrived a couple minutes later and plugged in something that was unplugged.
Not everything in the room worked, but it was still nice. Showers were great, if you enjoy a good shower. TV checkout didn't work. Went down to VIP for checkout.
Nice bag when we checked in. Hats, chocolates and some other things my wife was going through.
TopGolf section looked pretty cool. Still not 100%, but some people playing in the bays and others like us milling around. $50 for an hour sounds reasonable to me, split among a small group. Food/Beverage appeared to 'club pricing' for me, but I'm cheap.
Overall, I was very happy to be back. I did forget how large a place it was, and how inconvenient it was to "get there from here." Back to packing well enough to not need to leave the area.
