I remember not having a Greyhound ticket and asking the agent for help, and she was acting like she was doing me a favor by answering my questions. Just rubbed me the wrong way. NJ Transit there are no assigned times, which is good or bad (good coming back you can take a later bus than you planned, bad, you may have to get there early to get a seat leaving from Port Authority).
