Totally agree, but at this point, I'll take what we can get. Whoever doesn't get a license is going to lobby the **** out of Hochul and Adams, so they'll probably more down the line
It's just that the way the law was written, it heavily favors those who don't have community opposition, and it seems like the Sands has the least opposition
