New England General Discussion - Poker Room List in OP - Page 200 - Venues & Communities -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Man, I've heard people say for years that we're spoiled on poker in New England. I figured it was bias or trolling. Out in Vegas for my first trip ever this past weekend and I was lucky to find a room with more than 10 tables and more than 2 or 3 games going. Caesars was the best game so far but even they only had about five 1-2 NLH games going and a single 2-5 NLH with no Omaha, and I had to wait 2 hours at a 1-2 for my 2-5 seat after signing up as 3rd on the list.

Had a great time, but since I only really enjoy poker I doubt I'd bother with another trip out here with the exception of the Series.

I didn't play poker there. I actually finished my trip with a day at Encore's poker room and had a great time. If Boston Harbor is anything like this property I'll be very happy. Only complaint was the chair cushions were a bit too firm.

If you like tournaments, go to Vegas in June. Other than that, the cash games up to 5-10 are better in New England.

I disagree with this statement. Cash games in Vegas are way better than New England.

Foxwoods, MGM Springfield and Chasers. I think Boston Billiards gets one going as well.
