I can totally relate and was wondering: were you able to keep some of the weight off? I'm hoping it wasn't a total regain!
Not a TOTAL regain, but it's not good. Depending on whether you're an optimist or pessimist:
Brag: I've kept most of it off!
Beat: I've put 1/3rd of it back on. Half of that was immediate (I didn't care! I still loved the way I felt and looked, compared to the life I had previously known!), and the other half was far more glacial.
Variance: I try going back to work on it, but just don't WIM like I used to. I used to look forward to going to the gym, now I don't.
BTW, a long time ago, El Diablo predicted I'd blow back up and settle at about 250...he was dead on balls accurate. I've been here a while now. The pants get tight, I put down the breads, pick up the foam roller, lose 5 lbs....then lose my resolve.
But I can still take the steps to the top of the stadium, so I'm still way ahead of the game.
