Yup - the only reason I'm sure about it being more than 10 years is I used to carpool with a guy from work, and I left that job in early 2005. Boy it really doesn't feel like that far back.

I have as many memories about that outfit as the 5 handed $150 SNGs at Seabrook, which were so, so, so soft. Guys would open limp for 400 chips with like 800 more behind. Oh, the glory days......

Seemed hokey at first, but worked out to MUCH less rake for players.

Ah yes, "60/50s" and "115/100s". Seabrook ran those too. Those were great, especially when the hour was almost up and people would play super bad.

Played some PLO (1/2 high Only, 7 players, straddles) yesterday afternoon at Seabrook. Good action, until the game broke. I understand the game has been running almost daily the last few weeks, including early week days.

Then I went over to Hampton Falls, and they had a loose PLO game going on.

I understand that Manchester also has a somewhat regular PLO8 game they have been running

I'll allow and even don't mind the shorts stacks in PLO. I mean if we are struggling to get a regular 1/2 PLO going we need anyone we can get. We can only hope the Wynn will have a healthy PLO economy.

Boston Billards already linked up to PokerAtlas with real time updates on waitlists. Opens tomorrow tho.

Edit-whish you could put name on waitlist through PA app instead of having to call in

No it says grand opening, as an Event, is on the 10th...essentially Nov 4th til Nov 9th is soft opening.

Played at the Boston Billiards room tonight. Lots of familiar faces from the Route 3 / I-93 poker scene.

They had two tables of $1/$2 and one table of $2/$4 running most of the night, with a short PLO and $2/$4 limit interest list. The table games were full and lively most of the night.

The location could use a bit of tweaking (e.g., shielding the poker room from the loud music in the pool hall, attracting more bar and billiards patrons to the gambling games), but overall, very nice setup. Kinda interesting to see so many Rockingham staff together in a place that doesn't feel like it's going to give you a respiratory illness.
