62 miles per hour is the speed we text and make phone calls at. Its not until you start passing do we snap out of our tunnel vision and boost up to 78.

Pro-tip: if you try to pass everyone, then everyone will be going at least 78.

Obvious tell: By turning on your directional before pulling out to pass, you are tipping your hand resulting in a re-raise to see if you are bluffing. Happy Motoring!

Speaking of on-topic stuff, where have you been playing since Rock closed? I feel like anyone from that group of players could end up at any of the rooms in NH, since Rock was right in the middle.
I've been playing mostly at Hampton falls. I've seen a few rock regulars, but not a lot or often.

I don't think its worth the effort since the clock isn't called at cash tables much anyway. Also think permission should still be needed by a floor to call the clock anyway especially if dealers are keeping their own tips

In addition to cash games, Cheers is planning on very active MTT events...

Am thinking the latest tech stuff from Bravo/Genesis has table installed clocks, as well as: hand count per down, drop chip counter, wireless player/dealer card reader, etc, etc.
Cost factor unknown....prolly a lot vis a vis standard software and Shufflemaster box rental.

Wynn Everett (Wynn Boston Harbor) update:

http://charlestownbridge.com/2016/10...-construction/

Slurry wall construction is one month ahead of schedule, but the casino is still scheduled to open June 2019.

Swear to God, if "speech play" becomes a thing, I'm switching careers.

For sure..... It appears they did not allow headphones at the last 3 tables? Those would extinguish a lot of the nonsense

Reading that link, with the Italian surnamed construction companies, had me wondering about No Show jobs, and if the project included an attached Museum of Science and Trucking.

If it's cost effective, I think table clocks are a fantastic idea.

Driving there would bring back tons of memories of the old room that used to run in the Holiday Inn more than 10 years ago. So many soft spots. That outfit moved closer to border then I think shut down after they never made good on a WSOP guarantee and it was found out that apparently they weren't kicking the $$ from satellite's to nightlies into the actual prize pool. Lol - oops.

I played in that Holiday Inn room occasionally. That really was 10+ years ago wasn't it? Damn.

Operations like the Holiday Inn room...which moved to Elks Club, set back poker room development in NH by 10 years.

Guy who ran it was a complete mess. No good intentions what so ever.
