I hear what your not saying, but I will say they acted as a collective. No they weren’t real sharp and managing things with ease, but when there was a subjective decision all three got together and made one unified ruling. This isn’t how you want things long term, but I appreciated that the decision wouldn’t change based on which floor person was asked.

That said, the only interaction my table had with the floor was incorrectly paying a player at my table $700.

That is my issue right here. It is absolutely a bait and switch with his "defense" nothing more than a technicality. That's BS. I'll call a spade a spade (pun intended) and even though I have felt terrible for the local government issues that Puck has endured prior to his opening this is NOT how to win customers in the year 2018.

You know, perhaps with bait and switches that maybe just maybe, his story is also full of **** and you shouldn't feel terrible for him.

Was at Cheers Monday from 1 to 8ish. Cards and chips are nice. Dealers were really good. DeckMate 2 sufflers at every table I played at, none malfunctioned. The tables are nice, the chairs...... well they were't uncomfortable but the height is not adjustable, seems like a big miss there.

The room itself is large and bright and MUCH less noisy than Chasers. Food was good as was the waitstaff. I got in the PLO game towards the end of the night. It was 5 handed and then 4. They capped the raked at $2 for us.

As for the rake flyer, I'd estimate 2% of the players knew what the rake was or cared. Honestly, if some 2+2 nerds (sorry, it's true) freak out about the rake you know it's going to be a good room. No one wants us at their table.

There was some discussion at the table about the promo prisoners dilemma the rooms have gotten themselves into. As someone who likes PLO the high hand really prevents me from going anywhere that's running a promo

Overall I thought it was a good room. I'd def go back, especially since the lighting and noise at chasers always give me a headache by the end of the night.

But when Wynn opens (early) I'll never make that drive again.

Again you are pressing those allegations without providing evidence. Just admit that “Puckster” is a horrible businessman and socially inept and then you can really move on.

Hi troll! We missed you. I've already presented evidence and facts as to why it was not a level playing field that are undeniable. I'm not interested in investigating the evidence to bring Chip to trial that isn't my job nor was it my intent. The public deserved to know about his wife's relationship with the Town, the personal relationship with a key decision maker, and the timing of her involvement with the town. That's as far as I'm going and I'm not the one bringing this stuff up again.

If you read above you would see that I proclaimed exactly that regarding Puck's business acumen. What exactly was the point of your post?

Puck was screwed by the town to favor Chasers, I can state that as a fact. I know people who are in positions to know the truth, and they confirmed it. That's not really a question.

Puck has done everything possible to alienate himself on this site, so he won 't get much sympathy, but if you think pick is shady, well, he ain't the worst in Salem poker.

I also know more, likely similar to 413 as I stated initially but THAT would be conjecture which is why I haven't pressed that however the evidence I have presented is undeniable. Rhody your facts do fit a narrative that Puck had an unfair disadvantage, but it's circumstantial and not proof that that was the case. That's what I mean by credible. Unless someone wants to provide actual proof, or cite a non-anonymous source, this stops.

Well of course what I presented is circumstantial. I don't have a paper trail or videos of a brown paper bag being handed over and I'm certtainly not going to name names of who told me what. I originally posted this for the simple fact that the public should know what went on. I don't know either party and have been critical of Puck's actions on more than one occasion. The public can choose what they want to believe from an unbiased source who presented FACTS aside from conjecture.

It isn't surprising that 413 knows similar as I'm sure others do as well. Combine this with my evidence and people can decide. I wanted this to end weeks ago but it was brought up again today. Sorry for that.
