I used words like "fun" and "optimism" to describe YOUR photos! Sorry, didn't mean to be such a downer!

The rest of that post was conjecture as to the reason your nearest competitor has decided to NOT post photos of his room, which by now must be at or near completion. An interior with carpets and brand new furniture figures to look stunning--that's not a knock on another project which is at a different stage of development.

Showing us a completed room that we can't play in (due to red tape) would be like serving our meal and telling us we're not allowed to eat it yet, we can only look at it and imagine the rest of the experience. Better off keeping that meal in the kitchen, out of the patrons' sight.

Looks cool. I like the plaques. It'll make you feel like a ****in boss. I saw those in some high limit games on tv now I can toss a few into the pot like tom dwan. Different and pretty cool. I like the thinking there and like the logo. And nice location right across from the 99. I used to eat there when I played at the Rock so thats an excellent location for me personally being right off 93. I look forward to playing in your room as distance has been keeping me away from the others regularly.

only playin there if the 2-4 games are up on an elevated level away from the peasants at 1-2 like at msp. I need to feel special. Also how many craft brews will you have on tap? Also will you have 10/10 suicide girl waitresses serving these beers to me like at bbcc? Asking for a friend

"Asking for a friend" hit me perfect haha. Made me laugh a few times, thanks.
We will not have exactly what you are looking for but, it is a 10-Tap ready bar...not sure how many for opening though.
Would you try and settle for a pic?
Those are Matsui Chips....THE best. I would have shown all the denominations but I worry about duplication(weak I know, I'll loosen up)

We want our roulette chips to be fun so roulette has its own mascot:

My thought on this was/is that I wanted to see if $1/$3 would cannabilize(spell check) $1/$2. If it didn't than we possibly create a third option that players want. Easy to start the trial, easy to stop as well. Also, now that I know about Mohegan failing with it, I am even more excited about trying it. This way I get a twofor; besides seeing if players want it, I can also see if NH Poker has similar traits as Mohegan...fun.
note: PLO $1/$3(with a $5 straddle-not mandatory) is great sounding!

$1/$1, up until the earlier post, I didnt even know this existed. I'll talk to Lisa(my partner and George, our DOO) and get back to you. Off the cuff I have to think about how the rake would work, if this table earns the rewards/hour(oops did I let that slip out) and if they would participate in the BB/HH fun stuff. note: just today I received an email about this so we already had this qued in to discuss!

Regarding progress updates: Social media doesn't come easy for me haha, very glad you like it.
$1/$3 PLO with a voluntary $5 straddle or a potential $10 bring it in makes perfect sense to help transform the game into a red chip game, and keep it moving at an easier pace. $500 buyins will also make the game more exciting, and allow more play on later streets.

I love where you are headed with this!

Sorry to miss you Josie. Hope girls night was as much fun as it sounds.

We had a quiet 1/2/4/10/25 game going for a few hours, with double blind raises post straddle.

Also saw an hour of play on Sunday night before table broke.

I'll be playing at Mohegan and Foxwoods this weekend but might head up north again next Friday.

Thanks for sharing. Can you talk a little bit about the layout of your place? Where will the sports bar be in relation to the poker room? How many poker tables will you have?

this is All great stuff... thanks for sharing.

poker Atlas has them listed for 16 tables which in my opinion is plenty.

remember NBBC had 20 and they downsized....even twin only had 16(the u now have 22).

I think it is plenty...

FYI Just a suggestion, you could have some business cards (like Vista, make 1000 for $40 type stuff) with Operating Hours(on back), # to call to place name on a poker list on front & address with your logo, facebook/Twitter links as well.

it will be a good cheap marketing tool that you can give to people (people always love taking something with them) and some might use it!

Promos will get people in the door. Use bravo to promote those. Other than that I would say friendliest and most accommodating staff is what will keep players coming back. Good luck!

Will do.
16 Poker Tables. Is it all or most all of the tables in NH are 8'? Ours are 8 1/2'

Roulette- 2 Tables with the 32" wheel.

Pit Games- We plan on 5, we have a 6th if there is room.

Sports Bar-- more by name only--see attached.

We will have more features than any room in NH and your Players Cards will mean something real with us. I hope you can see by the earlier pics that our goal is to change poker in NH. A start is not having just paint on sheetrock for the walls. A couple earlier mentions are; power to every table, an extra 6" of table space, the 32" Huxley wheel for roulette(and more for roulette), Our chips are seriously the best quality( and yes our $100's are plaques(or is it placards?). Many more features still to announce.

Thank you! FYI, we decided to go all in with Poker Atlas. Seemed like although Bravo is trying to get into NH(yes, I do know they are number one by a bunch, but not in NH) they are not there yet. For us in NH, Im sold on Poker Atlas.
We also agree with promoting on Poker Atlas and are pleasantly surprised no other room has done so yet.

Part of what the town made us do is add this new enter/exit. Not money we planned on spending but, you know what, it does make the area safer for all.

Do you anticipate October 27 being a soft open, or the date everything is up and running, the renovation is complete, you are all staffed up, etc.?

In NH Every time you have live action, a charity must be tied to that day. These charities have been thirsting for Charity Gaming for more than a year and we want them to receive a healthy amount, even on our first day. Therefore, if we do a soft opening it will be for no cash value to family and friends.
Come October 27 we plan on being open to the public with everything up and running. George has great experience. Much of our staff has great experience. FYI, we have trained 20 dealers with about 40-hours of training each.

How about a pic or two?.......I'll take your silence as a yes!

This is the light above each table

Hope you did well in CT Bugsyyy! I kicked A$$ at PLO on Friday. Lost $200 in my first 5 minutes there and then started chip stacking.

Hope to see you this Friday! Might be my last one at Hampton if either Salem poker room opens up and has a PLO table for me.

Hi, Thank you for being interested!

We will be open from Noon-1am, everyday except maybe 4 holidays.

As of today, Oct 16, we still believe we will open October 27th(2017 )

Good to hear Josie. I had one of my better CT trips, from both a results and fun standpoint, hitting both places.

I'm about 50% for this Friday at HF.
I have Chasers on my Calendar for their opening the next Friday unless I get preempted by other responsibilities (a bad word for degens). I'm waiting on Puck to announce the Cheers opening.

Dan and I go back a few years, so I have some loyalty to him, but it also sounds like Chasers is doing some good things, so I will definitely try them both with an open mind. In the end, it will most likely come down to which location provides consistent action at the stakes and format we seek. So, loyalty means little if there isn't a regular game. I don't know if there's enough players for both rooms to have good consistent PLO games. I can't rule out HF either. Their tournament action at this point is far and away better than all others combined.

Hope to see you on Friday.
