Been to Mohegan several times since they reopened and always saw people playing craps (albeit spaced pretty far apart). Didn't seem like people were waiting in line for a spot, but then again every time I was there it was on a weekday.

Craps is open, glass near dealers. Less then other places. Three to a side players, not too busy.

Mohegan has plexi up on their tables, was sent a pic

I was there December 2nd and 2 weeks prior to that, there was never any plexi dividers anywhere on the craps games, or Roulette.
Think it’s 3-4 player per side in craps, and only 3 per roulette table. All carnivals and blackjack have plexi.

In case anyone is wondering:

NO Tournaments until further notice
NO Poker Promotions - High Hand until further notice
NO spectators watching you
Johnny Rockets CLOSED
NO Food in Poker Room
Guests MUST SANITIZE before touching cards

Is that MUST SANITIZE before each hand? Or as you sit down you must sanitize before you can get a card? Is there anything in print about the poker room opening? I've heard the rumors but haven't been able to find much online.

I'm pretty sure you only have to sanitize when you first sit down.

Just remember...this is only "phase 1" of poker returning...so everyone will have to be patient with things coming back.

Good luck to those who go and those who have to wait hours on Saturday/Sunday's.

Borgata's wait list on the weekends have been long...100+

"It’s 50-50 we’ll have it going by Dec. 29 (the original target date), but if not, by the first or second week of January"

The article only opened in an private browser tab for me.

While I'd prefer a direct screenshot or link to something official, enough credible posters have chimed in for me to believe that...

They probably let that poor blog girl go and nobody else has the website password Mohegan Sun (Uncasville, CT)

Speaking of which, anybody know if they keep alot of their good regular poker dealers?

I think I saw a few of them working the pits in earth/sky during my few summer trips.

Hope it doesn't turn into a whole new staff that would take months to get up to speed.

I think MS is in a unique position as the only legal game in a larger than normal radius.

Would like to see them get a 5-10nl and 2-5plo if possible with twin and fw player pools.

I’m going to try to get there early Tuesday and start a plo list.

If it becomes 100+ name lists like borgata and they only spread 1-2 rip ms poker before it even started

I think PLO under these circumstances is wishful thinking. If you have a waiting list of 50 people for 1/2, 6 people on a PLO list isn't going to get them to open a table.
