The worst part is that he does the same thing with K8-KJ on that K6432 board, so I can't lay down KQ . Were you the 10 seat, by any chance?

PORK: How many 2/5s are up as we speak?

ADD: I told the table I had Kings up, but I always lie about hand strengths--I would have re-popped him on the flop.

When I finished my last sess I left 2-nd time 2/5 game with couple
nit regs money in my rack. One hand I won with a big suck up.
I raised pre with A,K . Reg call. Flop K,T,5 rainbow. Villain bet $110 (pot size ) I called and checked . Turn 10. Checks. And I checked river in a dark.
River K. What a killer for villains set of 5. He checked.

But really most of my stack I got playing maniac for 30 minutes out of my 6hr+ cash sess. The table was tight, when new guy took a seat and start playing maniac. He was in 10-th and I was at 6-th. So in 5 minutes I switched gears and make it look like it is duel between us. So for next 15-20 minutes we both were up $400+. Interesting part was that no one else at the table except 2 of us understood what was going on.

Next time when I come at least 3 regs will try to get "their" chips back.
I was not sure if I had a good sess with +2BBI but pissing some regs, until at the cage cashier greeted me: "Hi [my real name], I see.. you had a good night as usual." That's what I really want to hear every single sess.

how was your table last night? you didn't look too happy when you left

nice to meet you, I figured it was someone from here.

I had KTo, I really didn't think you had anything there or thought you'd lay down a mediocre hand, but I was playing terribly and having an awful night so it was really a bad play and I just gave up when the 2nd q hit the turn.

I was shoving pretty much any other card, I'm sure you would have snapped me off though

Just a heads up, we have a topic all set in BBV4L for the "non-poker-related" discussion, check it out!

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/62...thread-837433/

And my only big decision of the night was when I had I raised PF with AK and was greeted with a Q82 flop. I didn't bet the flop because I knew someone would go in for the c/r, but noooo, the button had to try to steal, and surely enough, it was popped right after.

Now, I am a lagtard luckbox, so I know another diamond is coming on the turn, but oh well, I folded for cheap .

PORK: How is the HORSE game, at the moment?

hehe, yep, popped it with the second nut flush. even though it seems like my hand is made, it's really vulnerable so i had to. not to mention that you and the btn were playing pretty tight all night, so i knew someone had the Ad.

please someone tell me if 2/5 is poppin tonight... i don't wanna play if it's just a bunch of regs.

2/5 is typically good no matter the night, usually at least 2 fish at the table, but the afternoons are a typical rock garden. Maz, wouldn't you agree?

yeah i would have snapped you on all non-spade turns and i think i had the A blocker there, you played fine, i like that c/r there and you couldnt really do a thing about that QQ hand, especially when he checks the flop

yeah last week i spent some afternoons there and it was a lot of good regs but there were still a couple of fish that the game revolved around, last night was pretty good i had the dream seat on a fish to my right that was just giving away his chips?
game updates anyone?

I laughed my whole way home about that QQ hand, I couldn't believe he checked that flop. I guess he got what he wanted but never in a million years did I think he shows up with AA there. Granted his 3 bet range was probably tiny but I absolutely believed he could 3b AK and then c/f when he whiffs.

I HATE the hoodie policy there! WTF???? It was like freeeeezzzzziiinnngggg cold and I needed it. I wore it for like 2 hours before a dealer busted me. Then I put it back on for like another hour before a mean floor person made me drop it. What the ****? What's the diff between wearing a hat + sunglasses and a hoodie?

I wish Mohegan would change their policy.

Of course, I wouldn't have minded that much except I ran horrible in a few 1/2 sessions over the w/e. I was drunk and/or sleepy so I didn't want to spew @ 2/5. I lost a bunch of big pots (like $800 worth) when I flopped 3 sets that got beat by higher set, flush, str8 and I also ran KK into AA. I only finished down 500 so I was able to chip up otherwise.

I couldn't believe villain who set over set me and never raised once thruout the hand! I raise preflop and flop bottom set on wet board. Villain with Middle set just calls flop, turn, river. But LOL that he never raised flop or turn. He says after he was worried about top set.

I guess I ran good in tournaments recently. Everybody runs bad some time.

Word on the hoodie policy, I always wear mine hoodless, as it is my "uniform" .

I will be degenning from 10:30 until whenever. I am playing 2/5, unless one of you posters/lurkers intercepts me and pulls me down to 1/2. It happened twice over the past 3 days...I have the spewtard rep >_<.

And Donk007, you think KK into AA is bad? Try KK into KJ pre-flop. A flop of AQT. And being slowrolled to top it all off >_<.

PORK: 2/5 update please!

What is wrong about hoodies at MS? It's almost like official uniform of poker kids and unabombers. They do not allow hoodies for cash games only?
I couldn't see how they will enforce this rule in any serious tourney.

Just got back from Mohegan a lil while ago...1 of my friends reported the 2/5 was crazy loose & spewy, but don't play there often enough to know if that's the standard or not, but he def felt like there was a lotta dead $$$.

He was likely at the table with 3 2p2ers, myself included, and I agree, there was a LOT of dead money at the table. I did not even really need to get any "huge" hands to get paid, what seat was he in? And wardrode? I am the degen in the 9 seat of the left table with the gray Skynyrd hoodie.

But I am so humiliated...I got carded...at the table...AGAIN!

PORK: Only one 2/5 remained at 5 AM, when I left.

He stopped playing around 10 & reading from 4L post, you got there around 10 (we got there round 3), so not sure if overlap. He was playing at table in the back section, like the 1st one when you get up there, but to the right, not the left.

He was in the 4 or 5 seat, black t-shirt, clean cut kinda guy, light brown hair.
