Pink 7.50/15 OE. Change games at dealer switch. They rate it a 8/16 so to get the higher comp points.

I have a MS ascend card that states: expires 09/2019.

I'm assuming this refers to the ascend status and not the card itself? Or will I need a new card printed out?

Your Ascend card is expired and needs to be replaced, but I am not sure of your status. Normally, if you hadn't been there since 2019, your status would have dropped because they rate players every 6 months. They made special exemptions due to COVID-19. Anecdotally, we haven't been there in a while either but are showing same status on the website while also not receiving any of the usual Choice Credits that would come with the status. We're getting the promo offers though. Also not sure about your Momentum Dollars. Normally, those expire after 1 year of inactivity, but that was extended at least a couple of times now.

This is true also. An expired card works in any of the slide machines, but, in my personal experience, if a human notices the expiration date, they send you to the club booth to get a new one.

My status has indeed expired. My concern is my comp dollars.

Bit of a brain-fart here on my part. I forgot that Soar does not get Choice Credits. We had a Soar that stayed Soar and an Ascend that changed to Core, so maybe it's YMMV depending on level. We did a drop-in in February to show some activity to retain our Momentum Dollars, so those are fine. I don't know what happened with those who didn't do similar. If you lost your Momentum Dollars, I think there's no harm in asking for the Players Club to restore them.
