Hey guys, what's the current situation like at the Sun these days? No 5/10's at all, correct? How many 2/5's generally run a day and what's the max buy-in? Also, why do you guys choose to play at the Sun rather than Foxwoods?

5/10 does not typically run but it ran Fri night for sure, maybe Saturday too? 2-5 2/5s this weekend, max buy-in is $500

New room is ugly and boring looking but also very spacious as noted above. The old room was a work of art. The new room is a regular-ass poker room.

The new room is hidden behind two tall banks of slot machines. Apparently more signage is coming but right now you have to know what your looking for and you still might not see it right away. Lots of promos coming in April apparently.

Didn't see many people at the stadium BJ/Roullette/Bacc tables. Prolly because nobody can see them from outside the room. The adjacent machines near Asian gaming are almost always capacity.

Johnny Rockets in the room adds a new fragrance and convenience, that's cool. The room was pretty busy considering no promos, also pretty cool.

I like the new room. With the bar, Johnny Rockets and the stadium blackjack it just seems like there's more going on there. The extra room between tables is a plus.

Has the pink chip game still been running on Thursdays in the new room?

Ran last Monday plus Thursday and will most likely go again this Monday and possible other days because of the promos ms is giving out this week.

Some info for you, they start early on thursday. They are allowed to start calling in at 2am, and they do. First game is going at 7am now and second before 10am. Second game mostly fills up but some times will have an open seat or two.

90 people on 1/2 list rn. Guess I'm playing the basement at Foxwoods. If anyone is there now could give an inkling about how fast they are calling names that'd be dope

I went around 6, list was only 20ish, waited about 15-20 minutes. When the lists get very long they go pretty quick because people put their name on and bounce. Lots of "Last Call for xyz".

With the Core card (lowest level) I think it is just under $2 and just under $3 for 1/2 and 2/5 respectively.

Mohegan finally gave me a couple free nights. Like, exactly two free nights right in the middle of spring break week.

Aside from alllllllll the kids at the pool and Jacuzzi, we had a real nice time.

The rooms at the sky tower are doooooope. iPad controls temp/tv, expensive convenience bar with sex toys, well appointed everything. They even have this nifty guide to playing black jack running on a loop.

Today there were two tables by 9:30 AM and a list. Still 2 tables with a shorter list 7 hours later.

I believe for weekdays there are 1/2 2-5 tables running and no 5-10. I mostly play 1-2 bc I feel players in Sun are more amateur and passive than foxwoods, they are quite easy to read. However the demographics there consist of many senior guys who are tight and tricky
