Not on bravo. Please look at their web site or Facebook site. 1/2 is common and higher. You can text to put your name on list. Number is on web site. These games are in north suburbs and close at 12:30 am.

That other thread is dead years back. why cant rcg have its own thread? Thats like lumping al casinos together and not having an elgin thread or a rivers thread. CCG SUX dont go there.

Rcg is goofy now. The tourneys barely run but they were doing some 560 tourney that paid 10k to the winner for a wsop ticket if so desired, but they all chop at 8 handed and got like 3700 each. The 1/2 is populated by old school rcg players and kids who arent allowed into the casinos yet. The kids are really bad and have no experience and go so hyper that they are fish they 3 bet battle each other almost every hand, and they rebuy after rebuy and go home to moms basement.

They are also running a constant bomb pot game. And the 2/5 always turns into plo with table max buyins and large stacks. The only bigger regular game is rivers 5/10 which plays alot bigger.

I think rivers is the only one. But the 5 10 there does play big. 5 k is a small stack at 5 10 there. Bring like 30 k Im sure if you fit the bill and play then youll get invites to other games. The back room plays big there but is invite only and i think friday is the texas holdem night.

Rivers has a 5 5 game too now, 500-2k buy in, sweet spot if you're looking for something in between 2 5 and 5 10 MTS which plays huge

How much is given to charities on a nightly basis? I understand that 95% of revenues are kept by Rockford Charitable Games and 5% goes to charity.

Does this seem fair to you?

I havent seen the actual rules. But I think the charity is forced to pay for the room and fees and ends up with something. Its not too bad of a gig to sit at the cashier and take money and make some money for your charity= but rcg takes most of the money. rcg used to do a promo drop for a dollar at 20 in the pot, but they never gave it back out. It was like 50 per hour they gave back via a ticket that you had to come back on one of two specific dates/locations? and they used to run 10 plus tables/ I caught jim jrs cousin who was a dealer overraking the promo over and over and he wouldnt stop doing it even after being told. I quit rcg a few years over that bs.

as far as the "fairness" Its easy money. I am an ex professional hackeysacker??? and footbag is a 5013c org so could be a charity. One night would be more than footbag/hackey has ever made. funny story, they had a footbag event in vegas and the hackey nerds ended up playing a poker tourney in a room full of men for zero dollars? Me and my buddy went to the tables.

ive never worked there but the dealers tips are kept in a rack on the table. Even a shitty dealer there makes like 40 an hour tax free and he makes like 4 misdeals per hour. Keep in mind that half the time the dealers are on a break too so its not like youd make 400 in a day. I have snuck a peek at their numbers in the past and each 1/2 table rakes about 140 per hour. That may have been with a promo drop?
