I agree with this but, if the player(s) sitting out do so for more than the time it would take for them to be picked up in a room, here being 30 minutes for 1/3 and 2/5, then they should lose their spot in the card draw.

I agree with this if it's HU but if 3 handed or more he should have to sit out or play to keep his spot if the other players will keep playing.
