I really doubt that. And if you were anywhere close to that, it wasn't the dealer's fault.

Yeah I was trying to wrap my mind around 3-4 hands per hour as well. That doesn't seem possible.

What is the phone # for the room? I called the number on the bravo listing and am still on hold after 10 minutes trying to get on the 2/5 list.

I agree. This guy's whole rant seems ridiculously slighted and hard to believe- not to mention nitty.

Meant 5/10 list.obv.

Lots of craziness as the casino is PACKED and the operators will tell you they're not putting people through to the poker room and / or the room isn't going to answer.

But once you're in the games are nice and soft, as are the chairs.

There is no coffee in the casino.

The struggle is real.

True. But that is way over there. And I am here and the lines are long. It's not a deal breaker. It is annoying that the only caffeine at the table is a 6.50 red bull though.

Johnny, great to meet you today. Still playing into the night. One note still some confusion amongst a couple of dealers about the one chip rule. Specifically one of my later dealers told a player at my table that the one chip wasn't binding, rather than the one being binding but not being complete.

$2 and $3 comps are awesome! Is this just promotion because of opening or do you plan to keep these comp rates? Also can comp dollars be applied towards hotel fare and tournament buy ins?

Unfortunately, poker comps are only good for food. We are researching a company wide system that will allow for comp portability, but that will necessitate a reduction in comp rate.

Good question. I am pretty sure it's only platinum and NOIR, but will research.

Anyone know what the most you can cash out is before they ask for your information? Is it 3000 like Maryland Live?

Johnny,

How long does it take for the comp $$$ to show up in my account? I played for 20 hours on Friday and when I check my MLife acct. this morning all it shows is $ 10 free slot.

Thanks.

Tony

Seems like dealers don't automatically count and verbalize bets. This had been slowing things down quite a bit from what I've seen.

Per the dealers I spoke to last night, they aren't able to:
1) Indicate who placed a bet
2) Verbalize the amount of a bet unless the active player is the one who asks

Not sure if that's actual policy or if it's miscommunication, as the 1 chip call thing is a bit inconsistently understood and I know they've talked about that preshift.

Just sat down. Floor is working hard and I felt the wait was reasonable. And there's coffee....

Room is beautiful. All I need now is a winning session and all my teams to cover

The coffee thing is a good change. They were trying to sort out the issue early this morning with a couple of fits and starts. They'd said it was an issue with their machines (which also applied to heineken draft) but that's third hand information at best.

Interesting. Really not a fan of that policy. Having the dealers count and verbalize speeds the game along and avoids confusion imo.

They'd better figure this out. What percentage of poker players carry bags? Better question, what % of players don't?

Why is that a better question? Either one will give you the answer.
