Wow! Sounds like you should head to MDL immediately so I can come take your seat.
Seriously though, did you really expect everything to run smoothly on day 1? Just like any other service-based business, I always give 1-3 months to let them work out the kinks. I never go to a new restaurant, bar, etc., within the first couple of months and expect anything other than a ****show. That way if anything goes right I'm pleasantly surprised.
I'd be interested in hearing from you again around mid-March to see what's changed.
