Because no one wanted to play in there and we had a 50 name list... 10/25 players refused it when we opened the game.

It is difficult to even go through a 15 players list if there are only 5 tables running let alone the longer weekend list.
We open every one we have demand for.

No. Our revenue is public. Last year we dropped just over 21 mil. We didn’t clear that much. Substantially less than what you posted.

https://gaming.unlv.edu/reports/md_monthly.pdf

21/12 = 1.75/ month.

The high in the link I posted is 1.869, so I’ll stand by my “about 2” statement.

Which is a significant bump from 1.75, so in all seriousness, congratulations on a job well done.

Misunderstanding. In my world, “clearing” an amount is refers to the amount after expenses....

What he's doing is fine. Since his primary purpose here is to engage posters on room issues, it's better to keep each issue separate rather than lumped together in mass posts.

Thank you. It is going well, but I am learning what it’s like to be completely helpless. My daughter has me wrapped.

Staying hydrated over long sessions is a big deal to me, so thank you for resolving the water issue. Over the last few weekends I've also seen much more attention on the restrooms.

What channels do you utilize for marketing the PPO and other events? I saw the post on Twitter, but neither CardPlayer nor Poker Atlas have it listed. Bravo lists some satellites but nothing about the schedule of events. I also didn’t see it on your website, or in a static URL that could be linked/shared; and today, dealers were not aware that the schedule was available. Facebook and Instagram also have no listings, if you were looking for free, effective ways to get the word out.

Probably could say the same for the 150k later this month. I know some tournament regulars that weren't even aware of the last one in April. Maybe put a sign on an easel at either end of the room for a few weeks. Not exactly free but would reach all the foot traffic.

Doing an emergency drop for an equipment issue. Will be available at +/- 3:15. Ask A supervisor at that time and we can sit down and have a chat.

I had to leave to make it to a family event - which I did.

Perhaps another time?

Glad Johnny is back from his self-imposed exile. Thanks for venturing back from the wilderness! Happy to have you ITT to hear and respond to concerns again.

Also, bathrooms are much better than they used to be. Still had to wait 1 hour for a food server last night though. A hungry poker player is a grumpy one. :/ And no way in hell was I going to pay out of pocket for an overpriced snack at the new food stand by the escalators just because the comped food service is slow.

We have been diligent in that area. We will eventually be flipping the men’s and women’s restrooms on L2. They were built to MD code, then we had to get a variance to show that we needed much more space for men due to demographics in poker. Kiosk wasn’t designed to be a replacement for bev service. That will eventually get better. We have about half the waitresses we need to run the place. I will take a look at service times and see what the issue is.

After I ordered a sandwich last Thursday night, I waited for more than one hour to receive it.
