As a 2+2 blog that caters to customers/patrons, what do you think the customer should do in this case? Keep quite because they got paid?
I am assuming the jackpot is not high enough, my assumption is based on the fact she only got $200 in free slot play. I am pretty sure the paper work/time she has to go through to get paid is far more than $200 in free slot play. The fact that she has to go through this additional trouble due to clerical error on MGM’s part is not fair to the customer.
