Now you guys just have to keep up with changing filters often. If it smelled that bad, the air filters will likely need replacement at least every month. Hope it doesn't get too expensive to get neglected again.

Completely disagree, tonight the fumes are as bad as they’ve ever been.

I agree. Table 42 last night was brutal.

So, the dealers and floormen have lost their sense of smell? No employee has told Management that the problem is still there?

Thank god I checked Bravo before leaving. Why is there only 12 1/3 games with 52 people on the list?

This is the applicable TDA rule:
Quote:
25: Cards & Chips Kept Visible, Countable, & Manageable. Discretionary Color-Ups A: Players are entitled to a reasonable estimationof their opponents’chip counts; thus, chips should be kept in countable stacks. The TDA recommendsclean stacks of 20 chips eachasa standard. Higher denomination chips must be visible and identifiable at all times.

Telling an attendant or the floor will probably get them refilled faster than posting about it on 2+2.

Disappointed that they doubled the price of the brisket chili at Snacks. It used to be $7.99 for an 8oz cup now it’s $7.99 for a 4oz cup. That portion size is barely enough for dipping.

whatever items are actually cheaper than the Snacks @ Bellagio, won’t be for long. pretty much the lock of the century.

Did you notify someone locally who could fix the situation for you right away? It's fine to bring a complaint here after exhausting other options that are more immediate.

Correction, it's $6.99 for a 4 oz cup

Sigh, if only the food at MGMNH Snacks can be as good as the Bellagio Snacks, I'l gladly pay more.

I support actually solving a problem instead of just whining about it on a public forum. Do you really think posting online is the best way to get tp put into a public bathroom? The attendants probably aren't surfing on here regularly, and neither is Johnny at Sunday night 7pm.

A bathroom ran out of toilet paper. Can't believe you would even think that worthy of posting on here. What's next - there's an empty cup on the floor?

You’re really missing his point. Telling a bathroom attendant will likely solve the problem once, immediately (give a man a fish). Posting about it here might get word to the bathroom attendant’s supervisor and will possibly solve the problem going forward (teach a man to fish).

The restroom maintenance at MGM is terrible. I never thought I cared much about such a thing until this place opened. Compare with Maryland Live. Night and day.

Took it for granted at live until recently.

Johnny,

I was there Saturday and there was zero fume problems until 4pm. At 4pm it started to get noticeable and by 5pm I had to move out of the high limit area to the main area. The main area was better than the high limit area but not by much. I'm hoping these data observations give you some potential solutions.

Thank you again for being proactive on this issue.

I completely agree. This isn't just whining IMO, this has been a long term issue and those are definitely management issues. *Not* poker room management BTW but MGM management. Short term problems you can report to the floor and they may or may not be able to help. Long term issues need to get kicked up.

Running out of TP in the two (!) stalls is unacceptable. Coming from commercial space design granted I look at this differently. But how are things like this not noticed during hourly or per-shift inspections?

Sending an email to GuestServices@MGMNationalHarbor.com will almost certainly get the word to the bathroom attendants’ manager.

Multiple emails from different people in this thread should work even better.

We installed ionic filters in all the intakes. Will revisit and come up with alternate solution.
