OP, please PM me the name of the supervisor and I will investigate.
Nothing omitted and yesterday I asked the supervisor to clarify and he really does believe it's a call. I will PM

Sincere apologies. Ocassionally, I am an idiot. The rake on a 2/5 game can be reduced at 6 players. It is reduced to $3 (rake) and $1 (BBJ). Sorry for any confusion. Spoke with several people on staff today and realized that I had erred.

I typically drive to MD Live for tournaments as I love their structures and guarantees, even though I live just 8 miles from MGM. I was really looking forward to Event 1 and the guaranteed prize pool. I have to say I was very disappointed in the dealers, as I had 3 back to back dealers who had no clue how to deal the game and needed assistance on every hand from the players. For a series such as this, dealers should be knowledgeable and competent, and should be able to deal more than 5 hands a level. In the future, I strongly suggest MGM employs competent dealers for a series when automatic shufflers are not in use. I was really hoping to make MGM my home casino, but needless to say, I will still be making the drive to MD Live for any and all tournaments.

Played the $365 yesterday argumenty the worst poker tournament experience of my life and ive played in many tournament all over the country CA, MS , FL , AZ , MD, PA , NJ, NV. First off i had many dealers who has apparently never dealt poker before , second some don't seem to speak english nor know the rules , whose turn it is , who won the pot , how to collect ante ( so 50 was the ante some had to put out 100 chips bc they dont have enough 25 so naturally the dealer collects all the 50 but then she see theres a few 100 chips and now shes confused and have no idea how to make change nor know who has ante or not so its up to the players to figure it out since she just stopped dealing. Had a situation where the dealer dealt 3 cards to everyone twice in one orbit. I dont understand how this is allowed especially at a big tournament like this. I had a situation where someone was all in i said how much is it dealer replies idk about 20k i said i want to know exactly how much it is he goes about 20k so the player had to count it count for him bc he doesnt know how apparently and it was actually 35k hmmm ? So i would recommend anyone looking for poker tournaments to never play here unless random non english speaking black jack dealers who has no clue what poker is / how many cards you get / what an ante is / whose turn it is / who won the pot / when to move the button this literally almost sounds made up imo but sadly it was the truth

Johnny, is the PPO seniors event Monday at 1100 or Tuesday at 1100?
Your website lists it as Monday and Tuesday in 2 different places

I believe this one is incorrect as 2 events are listed at the same time on Monday at 1100:

For all schedule times, please refer to the event structure pinned to the.top of the Twitter accoun @MGMNH_Poker. Apologies for the confusion. Working to get all info pulled from the website, as there are multiple typos.

Can’t really respond to this without bashing employees who volunteered to work a 6th day outside their department. Everyone who dealt in the room experience dealing or went through a 6 week dealing school. Of the 51 people that went through the gaming application process, only 26 actually completed it. I am thankful we got what we got.

Contrary to a previous post, I thought the tournament was run pretty well. My only request would be to institute big blind antes across the board. It's just so much easier and saves an incredible amount of time making change in between every hand.

had fun in tourney. Did not experience bad dealers, nor did my friend. $16 for "anything with alcohol" is lol. I got irritated with a few minor issues and asked the floor guys about them and they were super helpful as always.

What is the process to collect the entry for the main if you won a seat via satellite? Assume you go to the cage give them ID and players card and they can look up your satellite win, but didn’t really get any instructions back in February.

See the registration team at the cage. They have the information for all players who won a seat. If there is any issue, ask for our tournament director Paul Dutsch.

Johnny,

Can you guys fix the bravo error which is listing a nonexistant 10-25?

Also, (and I know you prob have little control over this), the kitchen fumes are pretty unbearable and causing respiratory issues for a few players who play a lot in the raised platform area. Any way you can rotate which games play there so the impact is spread out more over the course of the life of the room?

+1 to all of this. I’ve had a bad cough and headache every day since the new room opened. They both start almost immediately after getting to the table, improve significantly when I leave the high stakes platform and go away altogether after staying away from the poker room for 24 hours. I was planning to play yesterday but had to take a day away from the room hoping that my cough would go away. With the kitchen being directly next to the raised platform the air quality really suffers. If there’s anything that can be done to fix the circulation and ventilation in and around the kitchen it would dramatically improve the experience on the high stakes platform.

I am aware of both issues mentioned. I have already reached out to the vendor regarding the Bravo issue. I am also working with maintenance on the air quality issue.

If the kitchen fumes are so bad that people in a nearby area are developing bad coughs, what about the poor people working in the kitchen? Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen when one of them dies or gets very sick.

What kind of fumes come out of a kitchen that cause that? Seems like a serious health concern that should cause the kitchen to be shut down immediately to me.

These fumes are not coming from Snacks.

This is far more concerning than if the fumes were coming from snacks.

Not sure why?

I heard from somewhere they're coming for Voltaggio Bros. Not sure if that's accurate.
