Straddle is different then the question posed.
To the question posed, if button blind raises $15 pre the UTG is foolish for opening $20. If everyone ahead of button just calls/folds the $15 raise is binding and UTG could then re-raise the blind button better

Not the situation described.
And straddle any amount is terrible.

I have no problems if people want to UTG straddle as it encourages action and is -EV

I think he means that having an option to straddle for any amount you want is terrible, not that the option to straddle at all is terrible.

any straddle on the button kills the action, as the small blind and big blind auto fold when they wouldnt if the UTG acted first like normal. they might even raise with JQ offsuit to steal the straddle if everyone but the straddle folded if the blinds acted normally. but otherwise if acting first, JQ off is a snap fold. the button straddle has destroyed a lot of games. some people even have to uproot and move to a new city with casinos to find a place that doesnt have it.

now UTG thats a different type of straddle, it actually loosens up the games.

but if the casino management in any place allows a button straddle at least let it be for any amount instead of $6 only. why? because if they straddle big enough, it becomes worth stealing so could theoretically "create action" instead of "kill the action"

most people who straddle are no action nits anyway. they snap refuse any mandatory UTG straddle for all when i suggest it to prevent my sb being button straddled all the time. and a mandatory UTG makes much better action. i wish i wasnt the only one on this site who can understand why this would be better action

So last Friday night I had to stand in line to get into the casino (the line was from Starbucks to the front entrance, the other line from the hotel was just as long). The line took an hour+ for me just to get to the temp checks.

I was hungry for dinner after a few hours of playing and just decided to leave. When I left the line was just as long to get into the gaming floor. Is there any possible away we can get some sort of skip the line voucher to grab food and come back (like sushi, or shake shack etc), because I didn't want to eat at tap room (the only option inside the actual gaming floor)

Worth a try. Thx

Apparently seat changes are now allowed and you get one table change per day. Effective yesterday.

"Table changes restricted to once every 8 hours of play after the initial change"

Does this mean you can get 2 per day? (bravo)

Has the BBJ reached 200k before? I can’t remember it ever being this high.

Don't chase promotions. It's a losing proposition.

I’m just genuinely curious. But dealers have told me the highest before was 187k.

Just moved here from NY area. I've been checking Bravo app and the only type of PLO I see at MGM or MD Live is 5 card Big O? Does anyone in this part of the country play old fashioned 4 card PLO high?

Big O is hi-lo split. The more popular omaha is 5-card hi only.

How do the comps work here? Are they loaded on your mlife card and you can use them anywhere? Borgata does it this way.

Or is it like Vegas and you have to get a comp printed out?

Also how much per hour at 1/3 do you receive? Is it still $2 or has it changed since the reopening. Thanks in advance.

It’s two bucks an hour. You have to go to the back podium and get the comps loaded on your card (ie you tell them you want ten bucks to the marketplace or a particular restaurant). Once they do that you can go there and use your card to pay. You can use it for food service from snacks in the poker room by handing your card to a runner but that is currently unavailable.
